Clean room. Good staff

Loud room smelled strongly of chlorine from pool below. Bad room layout. Curtains were fake and didn’t close!

Equipe da recepção muito atenciosa, quartos grandes em dois ambientes, 2 TV, piscina aquecida com hidromassagem. Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo de restaurantes, supermercados lojas etc, você consegue práticamente fazer tudo a pé.

Très belle chambre! Lit très confortable ! Personnel courtois et aimable! Café expresso pas apprécié par tous! Savon à main et de douche semble trop épais dans la distributrice causant du gaspillage !

Safe parking. Clean n quiet room

There was nothing special about the breakfast. Very average, I think overpriced. Room was ok, clean but a little beat up. Parking was very good. Pen and writing pad would be very helpful.

Great staff , room clarification of balcony’s and no balcony’s should have been given by hotels.com Staff was always busy and hence may be not too friendly but they are courteous all the time

C'est l'hotel que nous réservons quand nous allons à Québec , c'est la première fois que nous avions une chambre au deuxième étage,nous avons détesté ,chambre sombre notre vue béton autour de la piscine.......

Room was clean however insufficiently stocked with towels, glasses and coffee pods for the 4 person stay. Parking was convenient and well priced. Staff were friendly and helpful

Pool and hot tub great, room was fantastic, the tub in the room wasn’t really clean upon arrival, otherwise very clean and comfortable. Not great was that we have prepaid breakfast and whenever we wanted to have breakfast we were told to wait 1.5 hrs because they are waiting on a big party, it’s a breakfast buffet, I expect not to wait for a table for 1.5 hrs as a hotel guest with a hungry toddler, especially when it was already prepaid for, so basically the hotel knows we will eat there…..

we were given room210. At first glance it was great. It opened to the pool area and there was a little patio. Unfortunately we were there on a week end and there was a singer somewhere in the hotel and her music was piped to the pool area. she was not bad ad I probably would have been happy to hear her for 30 minutes but for over 2 hours (and loud) is not what I was looking for after a long voyage. The next night there was no music but the huge screen around the pool was projecting an underwater film the entire night. Although there was no sound the reflection penetrated into the room since the curtains did not close completely and illuminated the room disturbing the sleep. There was no reason to have the film on all night. If you want peace and quiet request a room not facing the pool. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Très bon menu prix resonable

Balcony pool area was beautiful. WiFi awful on lower floor had to have room moved to higher floor so internet would work. Couldn’t open anything on phone in our original room on 3rd floor. Moved to new room on 9th floor and had no issues with WiFi

Very nice hotel. Good restaurant, easy parking, location couldn’t be better.
