The property was amazing! Nice lobby with fun games. Friendly, convenient and reasonably priced for the area.

Very clean and comfortable! Will definitely book again!

To begin with we checked in and they said no indoor pool or hot tub. Okay it happens, then no hot water to shower they didn't say anything about that part. It was an okay room but smaller then it looks in pictures.

Nice area and good heater

The pool and hot tubs were closed with no warning and we booked just three days ahead. Shower water stopped running in the middle of a shower. Faucet water ran only cold with a weak stream. Old technology tv. Staff was friendly.

The place was lovely and every member of the staff was processional and helpful. I arrived late and the keys were left inside the box. The security guy came out right away when I called. The only problem was the noise from the upper floor Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Very nice historic old charming lodge

This hotel has a lot of character and a lovely lobby area. Very clean and nice.

The location is good for Boone or Banner Elk. Room was clean but outdated & carpet old. More hooks or rack in the bathroom would be helpful. Also bring your own coffee, none in the room. If your near the main entrance it's noisy. And the hairdryer didn't work properly.

Eclectic building built in the 70’s. Lots of retro knotty pine paneling, wall of mirrors and real keys. Price was reasonable, no loud guest. Would stay there again

Quiet, Clean and accessible.

No air conditioning in the bedroom, very hot, very uncomfortable, the a/c is in the living room and doesn't reach the bedroom.

Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!

This was a very cute and quite nice stay. There are a lot of stairs if you don’t have great mobility that may be a consideration.

Employees friendly and helpful. Our unit had a small but complete kitchen. The indoor pool and hot tub a definite plus. I'll go back.

Nice lodge , could use a little renovation but overall good.

I was very disappointed in this lodge I booked thru Hotels.com. The condition was terrible we didn’t get into our room until late or we would have left then we slept there and checked out the next morning I asked for a refund but was told I would have to go thru hotels.com I am shocked that Hotels.com would have this on their site and it show an excellent rating

The Property was a great find for us in what I was looking for. Quiet, peaceful, out of the way, nice, clean, and friendly nice people!
