Room was lovely. Even slightly overlooking the sea. Was very clean and the hotel was stylish. Very friendly staff and catered Well with finding us a table at dinner time even when it was limited staff and no tables. Food took quite a while to come out but understandable when short staffed, staff were rushed off their feet, even reception lady was helping out in the restaurant. and slightly on the expensive side but was very tasty. Worth the wait. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money too. Lovely hotel

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Kanal. Es ist hübsch und in die Umgebung integriert. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Internetverbindung, viel zu langsam. Das verhindert Buchungen, Recherchen über die Umgebung etc.

Ultra clean. Big drawback is parking and the is info on hotels.com is at best ambiguous. Minor moan is that reception staff absent on arrival for about 15 minutes.

I have stayed a few times in this lovely place and each time I m very pleased with the service and commitment of the staff to make me feel welcome and have an excellent stay. Highly recommended

Location is great but for the price it’s quite dated. The bed was very firm which isn’t my personal preference. The rooms could do with a bit of a revamp but the bathrooms are massive. If you are booking for a wedding don’t bother as there’s no plugs near mirrors or full length mirrors to get ready with. For a hotel called the view it does live up to that if you are at the front of the hotel, side rooms did have a sea view but was mostly looking over a burnt hotel next door.

We were disturbed by other guests very early in the morning which went on for over an hour having FaceTime calls, however Ben did try and ask them to be quiete. It wasn’t the hotels fault but the walls are very thin.

Friendly helpful staff Very pleasant breakfast Couldn't plug hdmi into tv for fire stick but thats not exactly a deal breaker. Nice view. Made friends with a seagull on the windowsil.

Very disappointed, after having booked they had no room. Looked forward to staying at this lovely hotel. The whole situation was a mess. Can someone please contact me, so I can explain further.

The staff were fantastic and the location is brilliant. There was some good breakfast options. The room was big and had been nicely made up for our family of four with a camp bed and a sofa bed.

We needed a clean bed and bathroom for 1 night and that’s exactly what we got. Views are indeed lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay and comfortable room. Great staff. One thing id only fault them with is the condition of the pillows on the bed,uncomfortable and lumpy.

Fantastic hotel

Clean and well kept room - friendly and helpful staff. Good location for the beach and also for the Eurotunnel. The only downside was how hot the room was - radiator was off and we had the windows open but it was still too hot to sleep comfortably!
