Everything was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town with shops, bars and the beach all within a 5 min walk, staff also were fantastic and so friendly..

Le studio est bien équipé. C’était propre sauf pour le canapé qui était tout tâché. La pension est bien située avec tout à proximité dont deux petites épiceries très biens. Toutefois, c’est à côté de plusieurs bacs de recyclage et de déchets donc c’est bruyant à partir de 6 heures le matin.

I was worried about staying here after reading the reviews but the property was great. Perfect location and street noise was not an issue despite having a room over the main Street. The noise between rooms wasn’t great but nothing that stopped me having a great stay. Staff were super friendly and I would stay again

Perfectly located on the edge of old town, close to beaches and shopping locations - and a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Staff were excellent, and the room, while quite small, was more than enough for a 4 night stay. Only comment was that the mattress was a bit hard for my personal preference - but this Pension is well recommended for a stay in San Sebastián.

Absolutely perfect location. 10 minutes walk from the bus station. 2 minutes from the nearest ice cream/cafe/burnt cheesecake. 3-5 minutes from any number of bars and restaurants. Wide tree-lined pedestrian area beneath our bedroom window leading past multiple restaurants and ice cream stops down to the harbour. Opera singing buskers serenaded beneath our window on a couple of evenings. Our double bedroom was snug but had a room safe, en suite shower room and plenty of hanging space for your clothes. 2 excellent communal coffee machines down the hallway. Very helpful reception staff. We'd happily stay here if we visit San Seb' again.

Great property with a wonderful staff. Location is perfect. Can’t imagine a more convenient spot to enjoy San Sebastián. The only downside, and it was big for us, was the noise. We were in room 1. Rooms 1-6 face a plaza bordered by a busy street. Starting at first light, a procession of daily street cleaning, waste removal,etc begins. Sleep at that point is impossible. I don’t know about the other side of the building, but I think it would be better. I would stay again, but try the other side.

Very convenient location for wining and dining. The room has everything we needed.

The hotel was as expected. Rooms were clean and simple with enough space, the showers had good water pressure, and Nespresso coffee was available. The beds were slightly thin, and you could hear everything in the hallways, but this was as expected from other reviews we read. Location was the big win here: one block from the best area of town for Pintxos, and three blocks to access the water on any side. We enjoyed our time here!

This pension is very nice.

Perfect for three people for a week. Yes it is noisy at night because you are in the center of the old town but that's what we wanted and it didn't bother us. Staff are really lovely and friendly and gave very good information. They will give you more coffee pods shampoo toilet paper everything you need for your stay. Really perfect place to stay in San Sebastian and I would happily go back anytime.

旧市街バル巡りには最適です。 途中で休憩できるのでとても良かったです。 ビーチも新市街も歩いていけます。スタッフの方もとても親切で安心して泊まることができます。

I like the way they phoned to help us locate , nice coffee and common area , superb location in the old town ! Parking costs might add up for many days , but for a few days it’s so worth it

スタッフ皆様とても感じが良く親切にしていただきました。高齢の母を連れていたのですが部屋も快適でゆっくり過ごせました。あまり距離を歩けない母にはバルが近くに沢山あり、散歩コースも豊富で喜んでました。是非また利用したいです。
