The rooms are very clean and accommodating. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. We had to leave at 4am to airport and they assisted in scheduling transportation (there was a transportation cost). The hotel is in a very nice center with great amenities and delicious restaurants , steps away from the front door. Will stay here again!

Excelente Hotel , buena ubicación

La única observación que le hicimos fue que había escasez de hielo pues en varios oportunidades lo solicitamos y no tenían. No disponen de una máquina dispensadora de hielo como lo tienen otros hoteles

We have stayed at this property before a couple of times and it was great. Now, it leaves a bit to be desired. The breakfast used to be great and the rooms were so clean and nice. Now you can hardly see out the big picture window its so dirty. The hallways are looking pretty run down. The air conditioner made alot of noise, rattling. On the other hand t is still better than alot of other places out there.

I always stay in this hotel every time I visit the city. This hotel is in a good area and it’s convenient as you can get in and out easily you have restaurants around, you have everything you need around it. But the service they provide you is the best they are always asking you if everything is ok and to me that’s good customer service thank you

it’s very nice place, good breakfast, nice clean rooms with good air conditioning I asked them to change my room to king bed at front desk but they didn’t want to even though they had available rooms

Es nuestro hotel preferido en Durango, muy buena atención, todo bien. Solo una sugerencia renovar toallas, un poco asperas

La habitación fue excelente, el looby y la área de comedor con mucho polvo, desconozco si estaban haciendo alguna obra o reparación!! El desayuno muy deficiente, sin sazón y llamó la atención q no había personal q te auxilie o esté atento cuando hace falta lo basico( cubiertos y servilletas ). Creo q sería el mejor hotel de Durango por su ubicación si se mejorara esos aspectos.

Bien costó benedicio
