La vétusté de l’hôtel, l’état des chambres à revoir le service auprès de l’accueil médiocre

Des animateurs super,très souriant, des animation du matin au soir super hôtel. Manque de propreté dans les chambres mais un personnel très agréable et à l’écoute.

Preis passt nicht zu der Leistung. Frühstück Qualität sehr schlecht. Kein Brot Auswahl unsauber

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz neu aber sicher eine Reise wert. Es liegt direkt am privatstrand hat einen Pool und nach tabarka in die Stadt kann man direkt in wenigen Schritten gehen essen flanieren. Sie haben ein gutes w lan und ausreichend parplätze. Das Essen ist vorallem abends Sehr abwechslungsreich. Es lohnt sich die Suite zu nehmen sie sind sehr gepflegt und es wird jeden Tag gründlich sauber gemacht. Das animationdteam gibt sich grosse Mühe es macht Spass Preis Leistung ist wirklich ok

There are better hotels in Tunisia. The service is not what a hotel of that ranking should be. But still decent enough to not ruin your vacation.

Chambre passable , pas de balcon donc compliquer en famille pour sécher le linge et les maillots . Salle de bain vieillottes, Un lit double mais 2 lits simple peu confortable alors que j’ai réserver une chambre avec 2 lits double. Piscine super et grande et disponibilités des transat. Personnel sympa et accueillant

Hôtel bien situé, cadre agréable avec une belle piscine et belle Plage. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Le restaurant est correct, sans plus. En revanche, accueil très décevant : les réceptionnistes manquent clairement de professionnalisme. L’eau coule très faiblement à la salle de bain, ce qui est très inconfortable. Le ménage dans les chambres est à améliorer.

No Ac in the room for the first couple of hot night . Front desk lady with black hair was very rude every Time we asked her a question. Security guys at the entrance are super aggressive and acting like a bunch of gangsters. I didn’t feel safe with my family and kids in this hotel I hate to say it.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Une mauvaise expérience. Des travaux juste à côté de la chambre, j'ai réservé une chambre vue jardin ils m'ont donné une vue horrible de parking. Ascenseur tjrs en panne, eau pour la douche pas garantie.... C la honte. 4 étoiles pour rien

The hotel was not what the picture showed. The place was in bad condition, specifically the rooms… furniture was in need of repairs, non matching towels in the bathroom, no Aircondition in the hallway.

Absolutely the most horrific worst hotel ever visited in my entire life hey doesn’t work filthy people have laundry outside their doors it needs to be painted from outside it’s like a one star not even a four-star like they claim

Das Hotel bietet Animationsprogramm, das einem nach 2 Tagen richtig auf die Nerven geht. Ständig laute Musik tagsüber und auch bis in die Nacht, so daß man schlecht entspannen kann geschweige denn schlafen.
