Everything about my stay at the Hotel Erzherzog was wonderful! The room was a good size and very comfortable with excellent hot water and water pressure in the shower. There were, also, heated floors, and a heated towel rack in the bathroom. They don't automatically provide robes and slippers to the room, but they happily had them sent to me in the room when I requested them. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant servers were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of dishes to choose from including non-dairy milk options for the coffee machine, and champagne should you choose. I definitely look forward to returning when I go back to Vienna!

Sehr freundliches Personal! Das Zimmer war zwar schön, doch etwas klein und der Blick auf den Hinterhof schon fast üblich, wenn ein Einzelzimmer gebucht wird. Eigentlich bin ich darüber traurig, dass Einzelzimmer im hintersten Eck oder ganz oben eingerichtet werden. Ob das gerecht ist?

It’s a good hotel overall, with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the rooms are surprisingly small. Although the total square meters may look generous on paper, the layout is quite unusual: there is a long, spacious corridor, but almost no room around the bed, which makes the space feel tighter than expected. Breakfast is abundant but very busy, and the dining area can feel a bit like a cafeteria during peak hours. The location is also a bit far from the city center, so keep that in mind if you prefer to walk everywhere. Still, the staff are attentive and polite, and the hotel maintains a nice, clean environment. With a few improvements to the room design and breakfast flow, it could be an excellent place to stay.

Not for us. Central heat that couldn’t be changed for the room and in all common areas made it feel like we stayed in a Sauna. Staff in the restaurant was the unfriendliest we had encountered in a long time (excluding breakfast staff here)

객실도 넓고, 깨끗하고, 침대가 편안합니다. 겨울이라 방도 따뜻해요. 6:30 부터 조식 시작이고 메뉴가 다양합니다. 조식에 소시지, Apfelstrude 꼭 드세요! (절인 파인애플은 맛이 이상했습니다..... 어디에 절여 보관한걸까요?) 아침에 여러종류 신문도 구비되어 있어요. 직원도 친절하고 위치도 여행하기 좋은 곳이에요!

Nice staff, good breakfast. Nice location. Only thing we didn’t like was that the bed was too hard for our taste.
