We chose this resort to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and while there were some positive aspects, our overall experience did not meet the expectations of a luxury five-star property. Upon arrival, we waited about 10–15 minutes before being greeted. During the booking process, the hotel had been informed that we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary as a same-sex couple. At check-in, we were asked if we wanted to change to a room with two beds instead of one. We found this comment disappointing and somewhat inappropriate given the information already provided in our reservation. Another major downside was the lack of an introduction to the resort. At other luxury five-star hotels, staff usually take the time to explain the property, point out the pools, restaurants, amenities, opening hours, and answer any questions. None of that happened here, which made the arrival feel impersonal. The resort is also very family-oriented, with many children throughout the property. The staff was wonderful with families and kids, but if you’re a couple looking for a quiet or romantic getaway, this may not be the best choice. The buildings are beginning to show their age, and some areas feel worn compared to what we expected from a luxury resort. On a positive note, the restaurants were excellent and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay. Wunderschöne Anlage, tolle Restaurants. Ich schätze auch sehr den Country Club mit seinem Sportangebot. Bereits zum zweiten Mal da und kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

The hotel was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The staff were always so pleasant and helpful. The faculties were always so clean and comfortable. All the restaurants on site are amazing, especially the breakfast. Voro was the most amazing dining experience Ive ever had in my life. Our honeymoon was so memorable and the hotel/staff have a big part to play. The spa and staff were very on point. I would love to go back anytime and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. This is a true luxury hotel.

awsome stay! beautiful facility, helpful and friendly staff, clean room and well maintained facility, great restaurant options on the premice. The only thing is they charge 100 euros erery two hours for a late checkout. Since we paid 800 euros a night, two hour late checkout could have been part of service I felt but a difference in opinion, and they have the right to charge customers!

We had an amazing and blissful 3 days at CVGH. The staff, room, amenities and on site restaurants were all top of the line. The breakfast was great too. We were so sad to leave.

The experience was wonderful! Service is occasionally European. But always friendly, helpful, and kind. Very accommodating and friendly to our 2yr old. The property is beautiful.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Areal an sich. Etwas wenig Liegen und kleiner Poolbereich, wenn das Hotel besser belegt ist, extrem voll, zu wenig Schirme bei den zwei höher gelegenen Pools, da sollte aufjedenfall nachgerüstet werden. Zimmer schön ruhig & groß. Frühstück war gut, allerdings in der Preiskategorie könnten noch mehr a la carte Speisen angeboten werden, mehr Auswahl an Frischen Säften, etc. schon in Mandarin anders gesehen :)

2박을 묶었는데 호텔은 좋았어요. 딸과 함께간 여행이었는데 이곳은 신혼여행 성지인것 같아요. 목적이 신혼 여행이면 모를까 저같은 사람에겐 바다가 보이는 호텔을 선택하는게 좋겠다는 생각이 들었어요. 호텔 서비스는 최고입니다. 발렛은 기본이며 나갈때 버기를 부름 차도 바로 갖다 놔주고 차안에 생수도 여줍니다. 그게 최고 좋았어요. 그리고 수시로 와서 청소를 해줘요. 조식 먹으러 나갈때도 귀중품은 금고에 항상 넣어놓는걸 추천합니다. 호텔스 닷컴으로 계곡 전망으로 예약했어요. 금액이 조금 더 비싸도 좋은거라 생각하고 예약했는데 제일 끝방이라 그런지 테라스에서 보이는 전망은 별로였어요. 그게 제일 아쉬웠어요

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this may be the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at! I mean, everything was great from the grounds to the staff to the location. There are multiple great beaches, golf courses and villages within 20 minutes of the resort. I would highly recommend the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel to anyone staying in Mallorca!

Wunderschöne Anlage für Ruhesuchende, die auf gehobene Gastronomie Wert legen. Alles ist durchdacht angelegt, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Überall trifft man auf ausschließlich sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, egal ob in den Restaurants, im Spa oder vom Facility Management.

We had a lovely last-minute stay at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - we loved our garden suite and enjoyed our private sun loungers. Although it is a newer and larger hotel, the atmosphere invokes old world charm, and the waterfall-lined pathways were a pleasure to navigate. And we have a new appreciation for Spanish food: the food in all the restaurants was delicious, even at the pool bar. We definitely hope to come again.
