The staff and management were friendly and helpful. However the room was supposed to be a family room, which was too small for a family of 4, especially with two teenagers. Also the photos on the website suggest the pool is bigger than it actually is. However the gardens and restaurant/bar area were very nice.

The room I was allocated to is a bit too smalll. The floor space was quite restricting. Otherwise, all else was great.

Had great time, good place if you need some rest and tranquillity. Nokuthula and Malefu.

Early check in at no extra charge was appreciated . Young lady at check in , was hopeless regarding customer service. Shower leaked. When reported I was told I was incorrect in my assumption. I then had to take pictures to prove the leak. Pleasant bar and restaurant. Food is average. It's a guest house not a hotel. Very clean overall. Would recommend for a very short stay. Priced decently. Great location.

Tremendous hospitality, friendly staff and a great manager in Candice. Close to La Lucia Centre and beach. Clean and comfortable rooms.

It is a lovely, very calm, friendly hotel. The hosts are willing to go the extra mile for their guests.
