Lugar acogedor, silencio a su alrededor. Se puede descansar y de facil acceso

Great service, clean

The showers were vey nice and lean. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff was excellent, and the continental breakfast was consistently outstanding with a varied selection each day. However, I was not pleased with the construction noise (drilling) near the hotel.

Es un edificio viejo, no tiene calefaccion en el restaurant ni en los lobbies. La puerta del frente la tienen abierta de par en par cuando la temperatura exterior son 15 grados y no es agradable tener esa temperatura en los halls y en el restaurante. Cuando llegue la habitacion asignada no tenia la calefaccion en orden y me tuve que duchar los primeros dos dias con agua tibia porque no les andaba el agua caliente hasta que el tercer dia solucionaron el problema. Halls de circulacion oscuros como si quisieran ahorrar dinero y a la hora de almuerzo y cena, casi nadie usa el restaurante. Los empleados son super serviciales y tratan de compensar todo lo que la politica del hotel y las instalaciones no brindan. Siendo muy pero muy generoso, califico a este hotel UNA estrella y no TRES como la tienen calificada ustedes. Y lo mio es palabra de experto huesped, mas de 40 años viajando por todo el mundo.

This is the hotel our family uses when traveling to Peru. Outstanding attention and assistance by staff. We really appreciate the hospitality provided- will continue to use their accommodations for future travels.

Good property for the price! And conveniently located to the bus station. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly. WiFi is available but didn’t reach up to the room.

The air condition leaked for two days before the hotel made the repair. I need to turn off the A/C in order not to have the water leak on the floor

O quarto é bom, com quarto bem espaçoso. O café da manhã não é nenhuma fartura, é o bem básico. O inconveniente é que o transito em Lima é pesado, então umas 6:20 as buzinas já começam a inconodar, mas com certeza não é uma exclusividade do hotel. O ponto fraco é que ao redor não há nenhum mercado, padaria, restaurante, nada para fazer um lanche rapido a noite.

the property is good, just the thing bad was they don't provide things like dental kit ,comb etc like other hotels if they do they charge a lot .

señores, hemos tratado de cambiar nuestra fecha de reserva por problemas familiares que nos fue imposible viajar de Piura a Lima. Y nos damos con la sorpresa que ya cobraron el servicio integro y no se puede cambiar la reservación. Eso me parece un atropello, deben de cobrar por el servicio de alojamiento no por reservar, más aun cuando con tiempo queremos hacer el cambio de reserva, que el cambio de fecha de reserva tenga un costo, estoy de acuerdo! Pero, no que con una reserva se cobren el integro del servicio. Eso es igual a estafa!!
