Everything was great.

Airport shuttle was very accessible and punctual. The staff was friendly and efficient. Close proximity to the airport My only problem was lack of hot water to shower at night.

Fantastic hotel with pleasant staff. Check in was easy although we struggled to park even in the underground. Seemed a lot of cars with long stay papers in the windscreen. Room was really big but carpet has what looked like a cigarette burn in it. Either way suited us. The best thing about the hotel is we had an early flight and they put on an early breakfast from 3am! Fantastic! Sandwiches and fruit with drinks. Excellent touch. I will definitely be booking again on my next visit to Sofia and would highly recommend

Clean, beautiful, great restaurant (they served me a delicious steak), great customer service and they have shuttle service to the airport. The surrounding area is decent but not walkable. That loses a few points. Otherwise, great hotel. Highly recommended.

So close to the airport, free shuttle, friendly staff, delicious food at the restaurant on site, clean rooms. My go-to hotel when I connect in Sofia.

It is an excellent airport hotel wit great service, nice rooms, and good food, free parking and a shuttle service to the airport. Ine very weird thing!!!…you take good paved roads to get there, but to get to the airport you have to take a pothole filled dirt road for about 200 yards to get to the paved road to the airport. It cuts through an empty lot! Welcome to Bulgaria!

Convenient place right next to the airport

The hotel is generally very nice, but they should consider upgrading certain aspects, such as the furniture in the dining area.

Perfect location near the airport, pick up and drop off service was on time as scheduled, great breakfast and service.

La habitación muy bien,la cama cómoda, la limpieza muy bien,lacomida del restaurante buena,no me gusto que a la hora de check out todo bien,pero después de 1 dia recibí una factura de 8 leva por una cerveza, que nunca tomamos del mini bar,hable con el receptionista ,pero no solucionaran el problema y no contestaron a mi email,así que tengan cuidado con los cobros después.
