Stunning architectural hotel. The room was large, nicely furnished with all mod cons.

The hotel is in an excellent location whether for business or leisure. A lot of amazing fashion stores, bars, lifestyle events all around. The hotel itself is achingly cool, a mix of brutalist chic but warm and comforting with a great attention to detailing for their sustainable amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to help with any questions. I hughly reccomend this chic luxury hotel.

Beautiful hotel rooms and the location could not be better. We were just across the road from a high-end outdoor mall that had lots of great restaurants and shops. Lots of dining choices in that mall, probably close to 50 restaurants with all kinds of food. We would stay here again the next time we are in Beijing.

Traveled with my family to Beijing. I highly recommended Chao at Sanlitun. Location is the best near Tai Ko Li. The hotel design is very modern and clean. Spacious room. I recommend to Pre purchase the breakfast because it’s so worth it. I would stay again when I go back to Beijing.

I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels, and this is by far one of the most comfortable and least expensive hotels in a major metropolis in the world. Very convenient location, friendly and flexible staff, super cool and modern interior and finishes, very clean, and the level of attention to small details made my stay much more pleasant and feel like home. It’s definitely one of the underrated boutique hotels. They let me check in early and check out late due to my flight schedules. I will definitely return next time when I’m in Beijing.

Good location, tasty breakfast, comfy beds, various complimentary drinks and sweets. The hotel knows how to make customers happy. My only complain is about the hairs and dusts under the carpet and sofa.

We stayed at the hotel for just under a week. The location is quite good, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We also received some port wine and sweets upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, based on a menu and made to order, and the quality was very high. However, something that felt a bit strange to us was the reaction we received at the reception. We are two best friends traveling together, and since we’re close and only planned to sleep at the hotel while spending most of our time exploring the city, we booked one room. Still, we got a few odd looks. The staff asked multiple times whether we had booked one or two rooms, and what kind of bed we had. When we confirmed that we had only one room, we received more puzzled glances, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, after spending some time in Beijing, we realized that you can get much better hotels at a lower price, so the value for money here might not be the best. So yes, our overall experience was a bit mixed.
