A True 5-Star Gem in Santiago – Exceptional Service and Comfort! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Santiago, look no further than Hotel Magnolia. Located right in the heart of the city's historic district, the location is absolutely perfect and close to everything you could want to see. This is a true five-star boutique hotel that completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spectacular—huge, spotlessly clean, incredibly quiet, and very inviting. After a grueling 22-hour travel day, it was the ultimate sanctuary. However, what truly sets Hotel Magnolia apart is its world-class team. The communication was flawless before, during, and even after my stay. Despite booking last-minute and arriving in the morning, the check-in process was perfectly smooth, and they graciously allowed me to unpack and settle in before enjoying breakfast. A massive thank you to Fernando and Alex at the reception. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, eased my travel stress, and provided a map with great local recommendations. Their kindness showed a level of hospitality that is hard to find anywhere else. I also highly recommend dining at the Magnolia Restaurant. Bruno and the entire restaurant team provided top-tier, attentive service. The food was phenomenal. Hotel Magnolia deserves 5+ stars. Muchas gracias!

This is a great boutique hotel in the heart of Santiago. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. It's easy to walk to Plaza de Armas or to Lastarria for a meal. The food in the hotel was terrific, too, and the Terrace bar is quite nice. Having wine available in the library is also a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with very cool decor and the staff was top notch. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Santiago.

It was a short stay but very nice! The hotel staff is very helpful and the room was awesome. It was a big room with all the amenities you need. I also had a lovely massage and facial while I was there.

O hotel é maravilhoso em todos os aspectos somente dois pontos: a água do chuveiro poderia ser mais quente e o restaurante do rooftop poderia ter um pouco mais de opções de massas e carnes. Mas são detalhes pequenos. O hotel cumpre o que promete.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful designed. Gorgeous rooftop. Amazing staff all around. Restaurant including breakfast was very good. The common area is brilliant to chill. I will stay here again.

Lovely and modern hotel set in an old stone building. Very central and close to major sites. Great and attentive staff. Breakfast was very good. Open wine bar cart in the lounge/library area was a really nice touch. Hotel itself is a nice place to hang out. I didn’t go to the bar or do any of the wine tastings but wish I had. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely come back.

We loved the location of the hotel and the reception and housekeeping staff were so pleasant. The restaurant staff were a little slow to take orders and bring drinks. Room was so spacious and clean .

We used to come here twice a year. They recently changed the majority of their staff, and to be honest new staff are rude and un accommodating. They used to have such great staff and the remaining ones that we know by name are holding the hotel together. But as they expand, I feel that this is a hotel we will not be returning to. It’s unfortunate as we probably visited over a dozen times since 2020 and stayed close to 30 nights. Sad we will not be returning after many happy trips to the magnolia but there are so many better boutique hotels nearby that we suggest you try.
