This is a good hotel, and the staff is very friendly. This is our first time booking a room with a private onsen, loved it. 10 mins walk from the train & bus stations. Breakfast's good! Wifi's a bit spotty. The hotel seems to have been there for a while, not super new.

Room is spacious and fairly clean. Location is a bit far from train station. Few restaurants nearby the hotel.

Hotellet var en kort promenad från stationen och lätt att ta sig till. Personalen var väldigt trevliga, välkomnande och hjälpsamma. Rummet var jättefint med en riktig ryokan-känsla med Onsen/varmt bad inne i rummet - perfekt för hela familjen att vistas i tillsammans. Sängarna var mycket sköna och barnen sov väl på futons på tatami-golvet. Frukosten var mycket god, med mycket att välja mellan och kul att få testa på en riktig japansk frukost. Hotellet har en stor, kostnadsfri parkering intill så det var enkelt för oss att ha en hyrbil under vår vistelse.

Onsen in room is a game changer. We were already 18 days into our vacation and our legs appreciated being pampered.

The hotel room has no bathroom, only toilet, hence you'll need to go to the public bath on G/F every day. The public bath is ok but there's no towel provided, you'll need to bring along the towel from the room to the public bath. Good that there's 3 family bath rooms you can use. There's also a foot bath at the lobby which opens till 8pm.

館内は清潔感が溢れています。概ねスタッフは感じが良くて、特に食堂の案内係と調理スタッフはよく気が利いて親切だった。

客室は清潔です。何より良かったのは部屋に温泉がついていたことです。自分の部屋で温泉に入れると言うのは最高です。

Like many onsen resorts, this is intended for you to stay within the facilities. Many of the neighboring restaurants either don’t take children, or are so small that it’s difficult to accommodate them. With that in mind, the biggest issue is the on-site restaurant. It was serving pre-reserved tables only (no walk-ins) but because we booked on Expedia we had no idea that not booking a meal in advance would limit us. The staff made no indication of how to make a reservation for future days nor did the front desk mention anything at check-in. If there were ample dining options around this would be a non-issue. What makes up for this poor restaurant experience is the amazing in-suite / indoor private bath. Very convenient and wonderful experience!
