Room was clean and sizeable. Front staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Extremely expensive for what you get! Breakfast was not good. At 300 a night we expect a premium experience. I will. Or go back

Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city.

Terrible when you didn’t done the reservation with them….,,thought Expedia or an other apps their staff they don’t care ,they keep selling the room for others and when you get their they give you a different room you didn’t reserved.

rooms are cleaned every other day - but you can call to do it daily . Breakfast ok coffee was hot Check in staff was friendly No security check as to who enters the hotel the elevator has no restriction - to open to all -enter to the floor without using the room card . location is good for us to be closed to family

Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked.

booked an extra night because I arrived early, stayed for 2 other night, my room was not cleaned the entire time I was there. I left some belongings there and never got them back after asking for someone to respond to my call.

Great experience only issue was kids were knocking doors even my door had a sign “do not disturb “

All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Fresh daily breakfast was available. The parking was easy to access.

Kind and helpful staff. Rooms are modern and well cleaned. The beds are my favourite part, firm but not too firm. With so many hotel beds you sink into the bed and wake up hot and have a sore back. Not this place. Phenomenal beds. Good location too.

I booked 2 rooms about 10 days in advance, I’m a Marriott Gold member. When we checked in for a 2 day stay I was given 2 accessible rooms with very low beds. After enquiring I was told that’s all they have available. This was not the service I expected.
