One of the best hotels

Only had a one night stay. Great and clean room.

Good rooms and good service

I received an email from the general manager after my stay, asking about what he can do better for the next time. Hay manager keep doing your good performance.

Excellent and comfortable stay as always! I highly recommend this hotel.

This was my 7th stay at the hotel. Always a pleasure. Great service, great food, and of course, great rooms. I always look forward to staying in Khobar so that I can stay at the Kempinski.

Super friendly and service minded staff. Walking into the bathroom is like opening the door to a treasury. This is the most luxurius bathroom that I have ever experienced during my 30 years of intensive business travel around the world.

I came early around 11 AM looking for early check in but the reception staff asked for extra cost reaching half of my staying cost which was not expected from a hotel like this

I was there for 1 night and the hotel upgraded my stay to a Junior suite for free.

Room lights isn’t enough and the room itself is dark, didn’t like the parking area as wellfor self parking

Staff was ok but not supportive when I asked to check for extended checkout availability.. they did not even try anything to show sofistication or interest in helping me as frequent guest.

I’ll never think of staying there again.

The rooms have smell and the water is dirty in the bathroom.

I stayed in the normal rooms and they where very good. This stay i stayed in the apartments and the condition is not good, and services are very bad. The parking area is almost always full and to be honest I regretted I booked a long stay at this hotel.
