Very nice property. Delightful to be in a nice place in Old Town

Bathrooms need renovation. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Flies all over the food was a turnoff.

Wonderful location! Our room was right below the gym- we could hear weights being used. Luckily, the noise stopped by 10. The breakfast buffet was a great value and the food was very good

O hotel é muito charmoso e a localização é muito boa. Achei que o café da manhã atendia bem. Em relação ao quarto, achei o quarto em si relativamente pequeno (tinha pouco espaço para abrir as malas), enquanto o banheiro é bem grande. Como ponto negativo, achei que o meu banheiro estava com um pouco de cheiro de esgoto, mas não cheguei a fazer uma reclamação no hotel.

The perfect place to stay and enjoy Casco Viejo. Right on the plaza so there is a lot of activity at night. The Panama Canal museum is adjacent and very interesting to see before you to visit the canal.

The hotel is in the best location, is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and professional., we recommend it 💯

Cannot comment on the bar. Breakfast menu offered a wide variety of fruits,excellent. omelet station, fresh bread and pastries, regional prepared dishes, wide variety of beverages in addition to coffee. Perfect location in Casco Viejo facing Independence Plaza and The Metropolitan Basilica. Historic ambience is without doubt well restored, updates harmonized. Overall - we highly recommend.

The hotel was really nice and centrally located. I felt safe to wander the area as a solo traveller. The A/C did not work for about 12 hours one of the nights I was there so it was 25c in my room and very humid. It might have been nice if I was offered a discount at the restaurant or something for the inconvenience as it is a pricier hotel.

Breakfast menu was fantastic. Glad it was included in the room price. Breakfast staff was excellent. In the afternoon I enjoyed the live piano music.

Great location - central to everything that Casco Viejo has to offer. Easy Uber ride everywhere else. Room was clean and what we needed. Shower was great. Only complaint is we had an inside room with no exterior window. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so wasn't a huge deal. However, for what we paid it would have been nice to see outside. There were a few nights where we could hear piano music that was piped in on speakers until very late in the room. Not sure that is necessary. And it was random nights and hours. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was great!
