Clean, staff was so nice and my kids loved the breakfast!

Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable, rooms were nice and clean and a great breakfast not a ton of options but everything was fresh.

When it came to parking we got an impart $75 ticket due to Staff letting us know they forgot To let impart know we were staying at there hotel. Staff did inform us that it may take several weeks to months for them to hopefully resolve this for us and not to pay even if we are threatened with collections. Staff also let us know that due to there programming errors our room cards stopped working a day early and needed to be reprogrammed. Found beer can by curtain opening leading us to wonder how thorough the cleaning process actually is. Location and continental breakfast was decent.

Hotel was dirty, carpets ripped up in the hall and big bag of garbage sitting in front of our room. Drinking glasses were dirty and full of dust and dead bugs.

Front desk person was very accommodating. I requested for a microwave for our room and got it within seconds. The breakfast was delightful. Stayed there for 2nights, they served different breakfast buffet menus. The pool and the fitness room are well kept and well sticked with fresh towels. In short, we had a great stay.

My overall experience was good. Breakfast was nice, I just didnt really like the messy pots that the warm food was in. It looked very unprofessional. The blankets in the room need to be changed. If you turn on the room lights and get under the blankets, youll see how dirty they really are. Swimming pool was good too, except there were no towels and noone came to refill them. Staff was kind, room and hotel was clean otherwise.

Great place! Strongly recommended! The entire team was amazing—from the kitchen crew to housekeeping, and of course the front desk. On top of being super professional, their service was top-notch!

Very nice rooms. Super comfy beds and pillows. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I found that the breakfast area wasn’t attended very well. Food containers sat empty. Tables not wiped down. Possibly short staffed? However this won’t stop me from coming back! It was a great stay!

It was 10am and housekeeping walked into our room and basically demanded that it was checkout time when checkout isn’t until 11 am that is completely unacceptable and should never happen the beds were not comfortable and pillows really sucked we woke up more sore then when we went to bed if I wasn’t prepaid I would be asking for a discount

Good hotel, good breakfast close to the mall
