It wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed in in but wasn't the worst either. Very walkable, not too far from the old city. Lots of homeless people in the neighborhood and abandoned buildings. We had issues with the cold water that they figured out by having us run the water for several minutes. They cleaned the room randomly once in the 4 nights we were there and forgot to to give us face cloths. The building seemed pretty run down and the in location resturant was closed. All that being said. We slept well, the bed was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed being able to walk around Montreal and having this as our base of operations.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Hotel needs updating but overall very pleasant stay. Water pressure in the shower was great and no lack of hot water. Room could use more plugs to accommodate phones and other devices. Although limited parking, it was underground and secure. I was able to park my Ford F150. I measured my truck prior to arriving and I have a 6' 5" clearance which was no problem. Overall a great stay for my family of 4.

The room was affordable to rent, and i felt it was worth it.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est LE point fort. Chambre propre, lits confortables, pas d'extra. C'était tranquille. L'accueil est lamentable, malheureusement, la dame pourrait faire un simple sourire. Nous avions eu un problème avec la climatisation et la maintenance a réglé le problème à l'intérieur de 45 minutes. J'y retournerais parce que je ne passais pas beaucoup de temps dans ma chambre.

Very disappointed with the room and cleanliness. The roll away cot was provided in lieu of a sofa bed. It was deplorable. We requested a refund and left did not stay the night.

I was disappointed with my stay. The area around the property did not feel safe, and I noticed people who appeared to be using or drugs nearby, which made me uncomfortable. The room and common areas were not clean, and the overall property did not meet my expectations. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I asked for assistance with parking my car, but no staff were available to help. I had to park in another parking lot about a 4-minute drive away, which was inconvenient and did not feel safe at night. Overall, I did not have a positive experience and would not choose to stay here again.

Our room itself was clean. The bathroom had a weirdly loose faucet and a missing towel each with just the hinges, and the air conditioner was very loud. The location is great, but it is obvious that the hotel needs some care taken.

This is a discount kind of hotel. The sheets and bedding were old and of poor quality. The soap was cheap. The parking is too far away with absence of signage as to entrance. But thr hotel was clean and adequate if on a budget.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay for the price. While the property is a little dated, it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the fresh coffee available in the morning. Overall, everything about our stay was wonderful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
