Hotel rooms are very dated!! I cringed when I walked in!! The air conditioning is soooo noisy, it stoped working in the middle of the night, consequently the room was very stuffy! Shower was awful, the hot water was not very hot and the control for the shower kept sliding. So you had to hold it in place or the water cooked down more. Location is good. Friendly staff

Clean room, excellent location, bath needed some rust repair. Staff could smile once in a while.

I did not like the hotel; they charge 10 dollars extra per hour if you don’t check out on time,I check out 15 min after y they charge me extra. My flight was a 2 hours after check out; I ask if they can hold my luggage for 2 hours and they said I have to pay 5 dollars per each luggage; the hotel needs repairs you can pay a little more money and get a better deal

Terrible place. We booked for 2 night and we couldn't survive for the second night. We choose to drive to Toronto 8pm and not sleep there again. The room was horribly smelling detergent that I thought it was cleaned after a crime scene!!!! Not even a bottle of water in fridge. It was not dirty but not giving you the ckean vibes. There was no parking and staff without any helpful comments give you a parking location which if you go figure out it is a public parking that you would have chosen to not go if you were aware of it

The room was clean, no need to talk to the staff we were there just to sleep. We were busy in and out! No need for laundry or parking either. Good location if you want to be close to downtown. Very convenient if you like to walk to places! The restaurant was closed for renovations.

Clean room, comfortable beds

Liked the parking garage in the basement which was very convenient. The room was large but not very clean, bathroom was old and shower was broken. The A/C unit literally had dirt and cobwebs inside. The A/C kept making this very annoying noise all night. Room walls were so thin that you could hear people next door talking. The TV in the adjacent room was so loud till late at night and food smell kept coming in from the adjacent room from under the connecting room. Asked at the reception to fill in my water bottle at a filling station and were asked to fill in water from the bathroom faucet or purchase water. Poor customer service.

Towels were bad, had hairs in it. Service was bad.

Room was clean . Hallways were smelly and lights were flickering . Elevators were very beat up. I booked 3 nights but moved for the 3rd. Smell was tough to deal with
