Terrible customer service

Convenient, only stayed one day. A little 80's feel, but I didn't mind for the price. Was quiet and felt safe.

Checked in and left immediately as the hotel and rooms were horrible and dirty

Good budget hotel.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. you get what you pay for. sure this place has many cosmetic issues, but who cares as long as the room is clean and the bed is comfy that's all that matters, but definitely not a place you take a girl if you want to impress, but staff was really friendly and helpful

Good - very large room and good price. Not good - hotel was quite run down and the bed was soft and saggy. Windows and curtains seemed quite dirty and there was a musty odor.

A Disappointment. We had 2 rooms for 4 days. There were no housekeeping services during our stay. Lack of amenities (no coffee maker in 1 of the rooms & restaurant closed) The mouse trap in the dresser was disturbing, the bedside lamp was broken, the outlets didn't work & there was rust & corrosion in tub. We visit annually and won't stay there again

Could do much better ! Services are really low , and not much . Not even a garbage disposal in the suite. No coffee machine , restaurant wasn’t open . Internet connection horrible , and not safe

Clean and comfortable

The rooms were very clean, upon request clean towels can be brought to your room. The front desk staff are attentive & can accommodate most requests. The hotel is quiet & the guests are respectful.

No curtains. Material was dirty. Smells cigarettes. I can provide photos if needed.

Disgusting is the proper term to describe the hôtel. Dirty carpets, dirty bathroom, torn wallpaper, broken furniture, dirty sheets. No bar nor restaurant as advertized. We’ll never set foot again in this hôtel.

Overall the experience was good but the hotel doesn't provide free drinking water to guests This is a thing which needs to be improved

Hôtel situé plutôt au centre de Montréal facilement accessible. L hôtel était propre mais à clairement besoin d un coup de jeune. La télé ne fonctionnait pas et la clim d un autre temps était bruyante et non réglable.un peu partout des choses abîmées ( ascenseur.baignoire. Personnel très agréable le matin moins le soir
