This property was ok for our two night stay, it was close to everything we needed and staff was very responsive. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it and the photos didn’t properly described the unit. It was more dated than expected and there weren’t many utilities. We would stay here again, but probably for cheaper.

Nice suites and I stay here often. Last time all but one of the elevators was broken…veeeery long wait as it services around 25 floors.

The location and room were

Tolle Unterkunft direkt in der wunderschönen Stadt Toronto. Alle Attraktionen sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Bars und bieten vielseitige Möglichkeiten, einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Mehrere Spätkaufs sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank+großes Eisfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc). Der Hauptbahnhof Union Station ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort fährt eine Bahn direkt zum Airport innerhalb von 25 Minuten. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens ist von 3 Aufzügen nur 1 Aufzug in Betrieb und man muss etwas warten. Es steht ein PKW-Stellplatz in der TG für 39,00 CADTag zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle es gerne weiter.

While the place itself is in a great location and the room was clean - the entire check in process was awful. It took over an hour to park and make it to the front desk because the elevators were broken, so we had to figure out how to get from the parking garage up into the main lobby on the 10th floor. We had luggage and a ton of stairs and walking. Once there, the line for check in was 30 people deep with a lot of waiting. It was not convenient. Unfortunately that has detracted from the overall experience and stay.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was clean enough, we had no trouble checking in. The building had previously had some sort of leak, so there was only 1 working elevator and you could tell some work was getting done throughout the hallways and in the unit because of it. We had stayed in this exact building a few years back and the reason we decided to stay again was mainly because of convenience. We were there for a concert and were a short walk away from the arena, union station, cn tower, ripleys. There are lots of dining option nearby as well. We also liked the safety of this building. Not just everybody off the street can have access to the lobby. We would stay here again

Long wait for elevators, some minor construction being done on the unit, the sink was awkward to use, the whole space and the bed were comfy, the location is amazing, staff were so so. All in all, very worth the price. I didnt like that I had to give my credit card number over the phone.

Elevators were broken and looked like the building was suffering from a massive leak.

I stayed here with high hopes with the price I was paying . When I entered the building I was informed the elevators weren’t all working . So we had to take the stairs or wait up to 25 mins ( we walked 10 floors ) we would walk down them every single time . When booking I booked for a city view , expecting to see the cn tower as that’s what was shown in the picture when I booked . That was not the case we were looking at a parking lot/ td building, our room was being renovated with open gaps on the base board area . The room was not properly cleaned , the oven still had a pan in it & was dirty . The fridge had a bag of ice with mold growing in the bag . While I was there I asked for a manager and was given no information what so ever. Overall very disappointed.

Very dirty bed rooms and common area, had a long black hair in the sheets of one bed where we have blonde hair, dust bunnies every room, pile of dirt by the laundry closet, the chair in the one bedroom had a broken leg, no paper towels, not hot enough shower, received check out instructions the day after we left at 2am

great location. Most of the amenities were closed for "construction" in the building. Kuerig was broken, water went out for a whole night.

Can’t beat the location. Check in and out were a breeze. Place was clean. Aesthetically pleasing. Beds were comfortable. Elevators require patience. Could have used a few convenience items like facial tissues, better lighting in bathrooms, more washcloths. One of the towels was wet but folded up like it hadn’t been used. Decided to chalk that up to a mistake rather than assume it’s regular practice. Would definitely stay again though, no question. Location is 100% worth the minor inconveniences we had.

Great place to stay for Roger Center ! Super quiet and excellent view ! Condo was clean

In town for a couple jays games. Location was fantastic, steps from Roger’s, lots of bars and restaurants. Roof top pool was a nice bonus

This property was amazing the whole room aesthetic is great and cozy the staff were fast with the check in and check out and they were also very polite the room owner of the unit was very helpful over all the experience was great 100% would recommend
