The hotel had no idea of booking,and were not very helpful .I was placed in a below standard room for the majority of the stay ,then moved to one more in line with the price.Hotel is under renovations /construction and the pool was only completed the day before leaving.The only friendly staff are the cleaners .Food was awful as was service .Used the superior hotel next door for food and drinks
