Lovely older hotel with an amazing breakfast. Makes their own sausages.. uses free range eggs.. fantastic. Great location on the heath and about 10 min walk to blackheath station. They have traditional Sunday roast and afternoon high tea. Lovely hotel.

The Clarendon has lots of character, the staff are extremely helpful and the location is ideal.

The location was great, just a short walk to Greenwich Park and on to the Maritime Museum, Observatory etc. Also useful to have parking available. It's set back from a busy road, but there was no traffic noise. The room was clean, but very small for two people. The beds were comfy. Blackout curtains would have made our stay more comfortable. WiFi was intermittent as was the TV. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, friendly stall, easy parking, good breakfast. All in all it exceeded our expectations.

stayed here whilst going to a show at the o2 arena, definately recommend, very easy access to get to the o2 via bus straight outside the hotel, its was only a 3 min walk to blackheath train station too so very convenient

Very comfortable 2 night stay. Excellent breakfast. Very clean comfortable room .Clean bedding and towels each day. Lovely garden although weather pretty wet when we stayed

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel. Die Anbindung an London City ist sehr sehr gut das Hotel ist typisch britisch ein bisschen @verstaubt“, aber total nett.

Room was clean if a bit small. Queues at breakfast but generally good range of options

Lovely location and hotel. Lack of aircon was a little difficult with the heat, but the fan helped.

The location is perfect with lovely views of Blackheath Common. It is only a short walk to the train station with frequent trains into the centre of London. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming & helpful, especially the restaurant staff and all the receptionists the day staff & evening staff.

Very friendly welcome as always and good location. Premises slightly ‘tired’ and dated, very hot in summer weather. Breakfast choices not as good as on previous visits. Good parking facilities

This hotel does NOT have air-conditioning and Uber will not pick up unless it is a pre paid scheduled reservation. Room was hot and only a fan mounted to the wall cannot place in window.

The location was wonderful. The bath/shower was problematic. The showerhead was in poor shape. It was dangerous to get in and out of the tub for older folks like us. The room was clean. The bed was OK. Unfortunately, we visited during a heat wave. Lack of air-conditioning was a major issue during this time.

This place is about to close and become a luxury apartment complex and it kind of shows Just very dated The staff were good but you can kind of understand that they will all be moving on soon. Ideal now for Greenwich and London Breakfast outstanding

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Room small and the bathroom tiny. Shower in poor state of repair. We were facing the garden but sadly couldn't see any of it because of an inaccessible terrace covered by anti-bird netting. Didn't use the bar or parking during our stay. All staff we came across were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good and with enough choice for full or continental taste. Super location in the Greenwich area.

Staff at reception on arrival were very unhelpful and told us that there were no charging points. We knew that this was on the website. The room was clean, however there’s no air conditioning so extremely hot. If we opened the windows there was constant noise from the motors for I think extractor fans. The bed creeked with every movement. The breakfast was really good. Just before checking out there was a lovely receptionist list called Francesca who was so polite and helpful. Ensuring that we were able to get some charge before we left

Great location, easy car parking, very close to station, short walk through the park to Greenwich. Great breakfast.
