in the heart of Shoreditch, with a view on the city from high floors. defo recommend - room not big, but qui comfortable and modern

Staff at the Citizen M Shoreditch are excellent, from the check in/reception through to the night team in the bar. So friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean. Brilliant stay, would recommend.

Mooi hotel, schone kamers. Ligging was goed, levendige wijk. Uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader.

I had an amazing time at citizenM Shoreditch! The hotel itself is fantastic—super stylish, clean, and in the perfect location for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the whole vibe was just great. The only downside to my stay was some loud, rude people staying on my floor, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault at all. Everything citizenM could control was absolutely perfect. This is my 4th time here and I'll definitely be back!

Excellent staff, hotel and prime location in shoreditch. Beautiful room. Loved the complimentary still and sparkling water and the 24/7 communal space. Beauitful hotel. will be back!

The staff were extremely helpful although it was a self check in/out experience. The room was well maintained and near by to an amazing neighborhood with great food and drink options

Hotellet hade ett bra läge i Shoreditch, 10 minuters promenad till Liverpool street station, Brick Lane, Spitalfields. Mitt i smeten med lätt tillgång till barer, restauranger, speakeasy’s. Bra och vänlig service och känns tryggt. Rummet var litet men helt dugligt och rent. Sängen var bekväm. Åt inte frukost men det såg fräscht ut. Mycket prisvärt för London. Skulle absolut bor här igen.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. The AC felt a bit weak and warm but otherwise a pleasant stay for anyone looking to be in Shoreditch!

The rooms were spotless, the bed was so big and comfy with extra pillows if needed, loved the colour changing lights in toilet/shower room. There was loads of room and the lounge area and seating was real groovy right up my street. Staff were happy to help at all times and really nice and pleasant. Loved my stay

Vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. We hadden voor onze 4 nachten wel graag een keer housekeeping langs zien komen, maar dat moest blijkbaar vooraf aangevraagd worden. We vonden het ook vervelend dat een hotel dat zich profileert als het ideale hotel om ook te werken geen adaptor kon voorzien voor hun stopcontacten toen die van ons het begaf.

Was a lovely clean room. Great view across London. Only slight thing that didn’t seem to work properly was temperature control as was very hot over night and didn’t have a tea/coffee making facilities. But that’s it, greatly situated, comfy bed and nice shower. Would def go back

Stayed at this particular hotel many times, it is our preferred place when we come to London, although it’s expensive and no longer have the discounts they used to offer. Shoreditch location is fab for touristy stuff.
