Wow wow wow !!!! If you’re scrolling through hotels and trying to figure out which is best for your money, take it from an avid traveler like me, Lancaster Plaza Beirut legit is the best !!! GINA was the most hospitable person you’ll ever meet ! Professional and sincere. I am in customer service for high net worth clients as a career, and what I teach my staff, these people do naturally! All the staff was kind. If you order food at 2 am from an outside restaurant, the staff will bring it up to you. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a pamper world. The spa never turned me away. They go out of their way to make time, even calling to let me know of an earlier session. Breakfast was delicious !! The views are stunning. I thought I would have to pay thousands for this view, but it was available on a solo traveler’s budget. Try to get room 1710 if you can. The hotel has that big hotel feel, with all the cool amenities but also cozy friendly. You can walk to legit anywhere from here. I plan on returning and no doubt I would re-book! Can’t say enough of how good these people, the managers, the bell-hop and services was. Extra ordinary without the extra ordinary price. I paid more just to be with them! An amazing hotel find!

I always stay at this property whenever I visit Lebanon whether it’s a short or long visit, by myself or with my better half! Very friendly and accommodating staff and it shows from the minute they receive you at their valet lot. Smiles all around which makes for an amazing vibe altogether.

Properly need fixing, room are old now, but great view and location is great, parking way too expensive 8$ a day I expected 5 as per the site, some issue with Tv but was resolved.

The main reason to choose this hotel was to have the peace of mind of having a free shuttle service which we were assured that it’ll be there when we arrive but it wasn’t! We gave the specific information of our arrival and we were told that our name will be displayed once we clear immigration but that was not the case! There was no one! And we went back and forth looking for what we were promised but it was of no use. So we hired a cab and the hotel refused to pay the cab and blamed us for not looking for their guy at the airport! It was very bad experience that we won’t repeat again We’ve stayed many times at Lancaster hotel and Lancaster suites when Mr. Omar was the manager and we had no issues whatsoever but now we paid more money to stay at the plaza thinking that it’s a better option but it’s not. We’d never stay again at Lancaster plaza The attitude of the receptionist and the whole experience wasn’t pleasant

Friendly staff excellent location the only thing it was advertised on Expedia that self parking included but I had to pay extra for it but it wasn’t a big deal about $ 10.00 for 4 nights overall I would recommend.
