The room is so narrow. The location is good.

Todo bien y muy buena ubicación, la persona encargada del desayuno súper amable. El único problema es el tamaño de la habitación es muuuy pequeña sientes hasta claustrofobia

Location was excellent and the main draw - I was put in a room down four flights of stairs in the basement which was unique! But the room itself was a good size. For those sensitive to noise, I could hear people walking around above me but it wasn’t that loud.

The small rooms are the smallest I’ve ever encountered. If you’re claustrophobic, you’ll feel like you’re in a closet. I ended up upgrading to the 10 sq metre room which was much more manageable. Location near Euston station is ultra convenient. Pretty standard basic no frills experience.

Lovely hotel close to Euston and St Pancras. The desk is manned 24/7 and there is an in house cafe Nero also which is handy. At check in I was kindly upgraded. The rooms were nice, very compact, but nice nonetheless. Only comment is one of the smaller windows in my room had no blind, which when staying in summer / light nights isn’t great.

Have stayed a number of times. Staff are friendly during the day, rooms are comfortable and location is perfect.

런던에 에어컨이 있는 가성비 좋은 숙소 유스턴 역 근처라 이동도 좋고, 해리포터 스튜디오나 대영박물관 가기에 적합한 위치 단 방이 너무 작고 세면대 크기가 너무 작아 세수할 때 불편함. 슬리퍼가 없으니 장박한다면 꼭 챙겨가길. 조식은 딱 호텔조식 심플한 메뉴, 나쁘지 않으나 매일 같은 메뉴라 질릴 수 있음 생수는 따로 제공되지 않고 로비에서 마실 수 있음 후기에서 직원들 불친절하다는 이야기 많았는데 그런점은 느끼지 못했고 오히려 친절하다고 느꼈음

Great location. Nice hotel, great staff.

Very clean, very helpful staff. However the room was uncomfortably small for two and I have stayed in some very small rooms in the past in NYC and Chicago. If you choose this hotel make sure to choose a larger size room. There was nowhere to put our clothes, no receptacles, and our suitcases (which were not that big) could not be left lying down. So we had to switch out our clothes every day. One side of the bed was against the wall so I had to crawl in and out of it. Also, we were supposed to be offered something for our gold status but when I inquired the front desk person refused. Again, spotless and other staff that was very helpful, but also uneven. If you choose this hotel for more than one night opt for a larger room at the minimum.

It's an excellent location, very close to Euston station. The breakfast is very nice too, and the bed is very comfy. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen though! Nowhere for my bag to go, or my bathroom items

Terrific location... and sure the rooms are compact , like a cruise ship, but 100% new and they have all the right stiff, great bed, big screen TV to watch world cup, excellent WiFi, bathroom and shower nice. only 5 to 10 min. walk to 2 major London Transport hubs, including one that has direct cheap LHR airport connection. Lots of restaurant and pub choice nearby. And we will be back!

Room was as advertised, very small but highly practical. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Would return without a doubt

Best aircon I’ve experienced anywhere, perfect for this heat. My first time in one of these posed rooms, but it served its purpose for a 1 night stay. Mind the step into the hotel. Staff were all excellent, and friendly

Great hotel, and the best location! But let me warn you the rooms are very very small make sure the person that you are traveling with is someone very close to you. Nevertheless everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly. We will be back!
