Great location walking distance to everything and safe area. The best part is the size of the place and the housecleaning is excellent. The manager is on site 24/7 and all of them were extremely nice and helpful with everything. The only negative is it is on the Main Street coming into the area and it is a one way street

Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber.

Only issue we had was the parking. Limited street parking if you are lucky. There is a small internal parking area off of a one way narrow street you can rent for $25 per night. Pay the money. You MUST contact the hotel as you are getting near to open the garage door so you can enter the internal parking space (recommend backing in). Better yet. Take an Uber and leave your car somewhere else. Everything you can want is within walking distance The Expedia information is understated. The rooms are HUGE and very comfortable.

I spent days looking at places to stay and I was beyond impressed with this hotel! Everyone was beyond kind and helpful. I was only at this hotel for two days but could have stayed a month.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many choices of restaurants and places of interest to see. The staff went out of their way to make the transition as soon as we landed as easy as it gets. Transportation from the airport, places to see, restaurants, even set us up with a private tour of the canal. We will definitely be coming back and this will be our choice of places to stay. Thank you fir a great trip.

Our suite was really beautiful and well appointed - a true pleasure to stay! I wish we had more time to enjoy eat, especially the balcony and the inner terrace. The check in was easy. And I really need to compliment the hospitality!

Huge 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Provided coffee for coffee maker and pods for nespresso maker. Also provided bottled water and milk. Although we did not cook kitchen appeared to have everything one would need. Very clean. Only suggestion is if you are staying over a weekend you may want to bring earplugs. The Saturday night parties were happening all around. Sunday it was quiet.

This place is awesome. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, big clean suite, and very good value. Would book this place again in a heartbeat. Note we were on top floor. There is a bar next door so maybe the lower floor could get loud but I don’t know.

This was a beautiful property with tons of space inside and out. It was in a location easy for walking around to shops and restaurants. We only stayed one night but it would be fabulous for a longer stay.

Excellent accommodations like a mini Apt. with a full size kitchen, island seating for 5-6, 2 Full size Queen/ King Size rooms with bathroom on- suites! A beautiful court yard with couches for outside lounging. 10 Stars!!

We loved the 2 bdrm/2 bath apt we stayed in! It was very spacious, in a great location & had 2 separate balconies. Even though it was on the 3rd fl with no elevator, the staff handled our luggage for us so it wasn't any problem for us.

Gorgeous suite, vibrant and convenient location, wonderful balcony. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This place is truly a gem!

This is one of the BEST hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is amazing as are the accommodations. We did not want to leave. And thank you to Gabriel for driving us to and from the airport. He gives new meaning to the word kind.

Service was top notch. You couldn’t enter or leave the property without someone asking if you need assistance or how your day is going. Excellent location and room was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Spacious and comfortable room, excellent location in the old town and staff were very accomodating. Our room was in the Annex Building with a balcony overlooking a very active square. Wonderful in the morning enjoying coffee and watching the town come alive. However, a bit noisy at night with live music coming from the restaurant below.
