Things that may be good for feedback - Scaffolding didn't help being outside my room, hard to relax with banging outside the window and I wasnt able to store bags without alternatives being offered. Outside I had to make it past people living on the streets. But the staff were all friendly and hotel was clean.

Concierge was really helpful and professional.accommodation very basic but not expensive for Paris so okay.well located but a night or two would be maximum..

Very close to Gare Montparnasse and walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. The bathroom I believe is always heated as well.

The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. rooms are small. The air conditioning is either broken or barely functioning which made it nearly unbearable to sleep or stay.

Basic hotel in an excellent location. Small but comfortable room. Some low rumbling from train but not bothersome in my opinion. Thin walls so probably not a great romantic getaway but perfect for a budget-minded solo traveler with easy access to transportation to all of the Paris sights. Skip the breakfast and enjoy it at the Cafe Montparnasse or Paris Baguette a few steps away.

Buena ubicación, muy pequeña la habitación pero está limpia y la cama cómoda. No tiene elevador, no fue problema para nosotros pero quizá con muchas maletas o gente mayor no sea tan conveniente

the property is a very old one, all the towels and blankets are very old like it was used for 20 years before, the sound of the metro when it passes all the building will shake and you can't sleep knowing that I was at the 4th floor, when I asked the reception to move to another room he told me that there's no availability and he was suddned as if it was not supposed to hear that voice. breakfast is very limited choices. the one thing that is good for this hotel is the location

Un tel prix pour de telles prestations est tout simplement une honte ! Hormis la gentillesse et la discrétion du personnel, cet hôtel est nullissime. Extrêmement désué, délabré même (ampoules manquantes, sèche cheveux des années 60 cassé, douche sans rideau des années 70 … et cerise sur le gâteau : on entend et on ressent les vibrations de chaque rame de métro en permanence. Franchement, je ne comprends pas qu’il puisse se voir attribuer 3 étoiles ! Si on ajoute le prix avoisinant celui d’un 4 étoiles … les mots me manquent !
