Horrible experience. From the rude staff, the long checking process, no english at all, the room that smelled like an hash tray although I specifically asked for non-smoking room, no apologies for the issue, and a new room that had trashes, hairs in the bathroom, stains all around, and still a cigarette smell. So disappointing this is even listed on hotel.com

A business trip to Handan. A very convenient location if you are travelling via High Speed Rail as it is 5mins walk from Handan East Station. Overall experience is good (staff is helpful and hotel is relatively new). However, it is a distant away from Handan city area...nil/limited local eateries / shops. [Hotel does have food vending machines] Hotel amenities can be improved. Be great it there is a mini fridge.
