Chambre spacieuse, beaucoup de prises électriques et USB. Grand lit confortable. Douche et douchette. Tout est silencieux, le personnel est sympathique. Petit bémol: la lunette des WC n’était pas bien fixée

Only hiccup is, they should say up-front that the parking is by valet and you have to stop your car at the hotel front entrance. (Don’t look for their parking garage and get stuck going around on one-way streets trying to get back to the hotel)

C'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix compte tenu du fait en plus que nous étions à environ 7 min. à pied de la Place des Arts. Pour la chambre en elle-même, le lit est confortable et la litterie d'une bonne qualité. On sent que c'est là-dessus qu'ils y ont mis le budget. La déco est un peu datée (surtout à cause du tapis) mais dans l'ensemble c'est très correct. Le personnel était très gentil aussi.

Le restaurant Dagiovanni est fermé le lundi. Je n’ai pas pu manger au restaurant le soir de mon arrivée. Il faudrait informer les voyageurs des heures d’ouverture du restaurant de l’hôtel. La chambre était correcte mais il n’était pas possible de contrôler la température de la chambre. C’était un élément important pour mon confort qui a manqué. Le lendemain matin, j’avais pris le forfait déjeuner hélas ce fut une erreur car le personnel au restaurant était vraiment déficient à cause du manque de service. Le déjeuner était très mauvais voire immangeable. L’omelette baignait dans du gras. Les patates étaient à moitié réchauffées et les toasts on voyait le beurre froid non fondu. Aucune confiture ni beurre d’arachide m’a été servi. Le café était aussi mauvais. C’est une première et dernière fois que je loue une chambre d’hôtel à cet endroit.

The hotel location downtown Montreal was perfect, and close to restaurants and Subway. The valet parking was straightforward I’m super helpful. The coffee machines at the lobby made quality machine brewed coffee. The staff were nice and helpful. Although the room was super clean, the smell of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming, and the same for the lobby. I suggest using mild chemicals. Also, please make herbal tea available. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay.

Nice enough hotel, no complaints but in a bit of a dodgy part of town with lots of homeless people and run down buildings.
