Horrible experience,had to be moved out of our room at 11:30pm the noise from the roof A/C was horrendous, the room had a funky smell ,we were woken up at 6:45 to loud noises from cleaning crew , this was not my 1st time here but it will be the last

Great stay! Hotel and room was very clean and staff was very professional and friendly!

The hotel is in a gated plaza. Hotel validates parking. Lots of restaurants to eat at and walking distance. The hotel was nice, very clean and modern. The staff was amazing! Super helpful and attentive. The only thing i didn’t like was no ventilation in the rooms or bathroom. Warm showers made the whooooole room hot and musty. The AC blows ice cold! Breakfast was kinda the same thing but still good. Eggs and refried beans, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit and sandwiches.

Excellent staff from the check-in to the lady in charge of the breakfast bar, she was extremely helpful super nice and polite. The property is nice and conveniently located next to great restaurants, shops and even a movie theater. The hotel it kept clean, has a great breakfast and a business center which came in super handy it was excellent! Unfortunately even though we liked the place and it seemed very clean there were cockroches in our room 😕

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was ok. Clean rooms, the beds were a bit hard but clean. It is inside a shopping center which they validate so that’s good.

My first time staying there, and it was a great experience from my time of arrival, to check out. My only ‘but’, it’s that it doesn’t have easy access to the beach but having the Pabellon Rosarito right across from it, compensated for that. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was very good. Good amenities. Definitely will stay there again.
