This room was very shabby and dirty. Thank god the sheets were clean but everything else was grubby. Dirty dusty lamp, hair on the bathroom floor, something (soda) dripping down the wall. The TV was missing the HDMI cord and didn’t work but I told the front desk and they did fix it. The satellite box is screwed to the wall next to the TV. Not a place I will ever stay again.

The elevator broke down on Friday and then again on Saturday. They asked us to not leave trash outside our door. Didn't need service except for trash. They didn't have a trashcan for us to throw away our trash. They had one for "small" amount. The front desk staff originally asked me to go and dump it in the dumpster out back. I'm doing you a favor by not asking for full service. Yet you want me to throw my trash in the dumpster. How about have a place I can put it in either on my floor or in the lobby. The front desk ended up taking my trash for me.

We had no tv. Had a direct tv remote but no service. Grounds around the property were not maintained. No morning breakfast. For the cost of the stay(over $200 per night) we thought we should have better amenities.

rooms were competitively inexpensive to other hotels in the area(on trivago) very clean rooms and all items needed were in the room coffee, microwave etc One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE

It was a good stay. Staff were very helpful. The Inn is pretty dated and rooms are a little small. Bathrooms need updates and remodeling. Everything was clean and the staff was great. Disappointed that they did not have complimentary breakfast

No front desk at all. You feel like you're in prison, waiting with 3-4 families to use a single kiosk. At least put in a few more if you're trying to save the $20/hr in hiring a nice local person, put multiple kiosks as it takes min 15min per room IF you have a reservation. If not, it takes up to 30m as the scanner on it is constantly falling and guests then need to type everything in on a failing touchscreen. It took us 45min to get checked in with only 1 person in front of use (no reservation) and by the time we were done, there were 4 more groups behind us piling up in the cramped front door area and it felt like prison. Besides that, the A/C seems to be hacked so it keeps turning off so we had to wake up and keep turning it off and on the first nite. The maintenance guy even said 'this is modified on purpose'. That's just shady and it was the entire of the theme of this place: Purposely cutting corners to save $5-10 each room. It's really sad as the rooms and building are nice enough to be a 3star tbh, if they just treated it that way. The workers seem ok but there's no sense of hospitality at all as they are more annoyed when you ask them for anything like missing towels in room (only 1). I don't believe this to be the workers fault but the tone set by management. Wifi is unusable so both my kids had to tether from my room. Parking is impossible after 10p. Location, rooms (and beds) and building are great. Everything else horrible but fixable if they actually cared.

We had a nice stay here. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I'm really picky about beds because of chronic pain. I slept GREAT. There wasn’t breakfast as advertised but there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was too much for what it was but it’s very obvious that the building is being taken care of and that the folks running it are working hard to make a nice stay for their guests. Would stay again.

Service gets less than 5 stars for virtual check-in. While the person who handled it was fine and the issue was not with her, the lack of the personal touch detracted from our stay.
