Dear friends ... I have booked a standard room at treebo grand forte club..attapur hydrabad...for 17/2/2022 to 18/02/2022...through hotels .com..i got confirmation from this site also..while i reached the reception for the check in...the front office staff is saying that no reservation for me in that hotel .they didnt get any confirmation about my stay.. On that day morning 11am onwards that i had a meeting also... .i lost all schedules cz i dont have the room ....so please re think while you book through this.....

I could not check-in to Hotel due to heavy rain in Hyderabad. Even though the amount was deducted from my credit card. There was no where mentioned in the cancellation policy and now there are more stories from customer care.
