Mediocre hotel and had a poor check-in experience

Excellent location with free parking in front.

Perfect for my short stay. The staff attitude was outstanding, especially Illnur. I'll definitely come back.

Very convenient for Brent Criss; Wembley not far away. Hotel has no outside space for guests to use but that’s not unusual for London hotels. Otherwise very nice.

Really friendly staff. Easy check in. My room was at the front of the building (room 7) so i had some traffic noise which of course is not the fault of the hotel. They advised that when i stay again i should request a room at the back. Would definitely stay again as really easy access to central London from Hendon tube which is a matter of minutes away on foot. Room and bathroom were spotless and clean The car park at the back is a challenge to enter with a big car but so long as you can cope with the beeping and red from the cameras and hold your nerve you are ok! I was a female solo traveler and felt safe at all times

2nd stay here Great place to stay

We had a few issues. The TV wasn’t working with no remote, reported to staff who found a remote which wasn’t right then sent in staff maintenance that found a correct remote but without cover, clearly wasn’t checked before arrival. Tv itself had been unplugged from the back. Room itself was fine but very hot, which meant we didn’t sleep well - controls for heating were noisy (fan based I think) and if you opened the window the traffic noise was too much (on a very busy road). Neither of us slept well. Finally although we could park it was extremely tight and when we left early in the morning we were blocked in, therefore we had to manoeuvre carefully to get car out, which took sometime. Staff were helpful so can’t complain really, overall 7/10.

Comfiest bed Ive ever slept in, in a hotel. Excellent nights sleep.

It was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed. The rooms are small but the location next to the underground station with parking as well was perfect.

The Hide London is always welcoming, wonderful relaxed atmosphere, great breakfast setting. Superb parking. Good coffee!

The lady who checked us in was very nice. We arrived exhausted after coming from another country only to find out there was no elevator, and we had to drag four suitcases up two flights of stairs. The room smelled like urine, there was mold, hair, dirty towels, dust everywhere, the AC didn’t work and we were hot at night and my wife was miserable, really grossed out and couldn’t sleep. We will never stay there again and won’t recommend this to anyone.

An amazing stay, we popped to London for a couple of days and booked TheHideLondon. It was a perfect location, plenty of parking and literally 3minutes from the tube. The staff were exceptional, and the room was great, very clean and tidy.

Mye støy fra ventilasjonssystem både via vindu, men også mye during i veggen. Noe de var veldig klar over fordi når vi klagde sa de «mot badet der? Ok, gi meg fem minutter». Og det var en daglig greie vi etterhvert ga opp. Litt som å bo på cruiseskip ved motoren og nødvendig med ørepropper. Opplevde service som veldig god de gangene vi lurte på noe. Mye støv på rommet og gulvet knaket så det sang hver gang man bevegde seg. Hadde oppgradert rom, men var uansett såpas lite at det ikke var en plass på rommet man kunne ha en åpen koffert uten at det sto i veien for noe. Kort avstand til undergrunnen som gikk ofte inn til sentrum, nærme Camden for den som vil være nær der! Helt ok dersom det hadde vært mer økonomisk, men for dyrt til å ha såpas lav standard.

Excellent service from Ilknur, Nehe and team. Could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. From check in to check out very professional throughout. Room was warm, clean and quiet with a good selection of toiletries, teas, coffees, biscuits etc. Breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. Have used this hotel several times and appreciate the benefit of the car park, with the tube 5 mins walk away it is a big bonus and so easy to get around. Will definitely return.
