Too much inconvenient rooms

Awful stay. Damp on the walls and ceilings, hot water issues, bedding dirty. Room was smelly.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Great location

Too small of the rooms including beds are smalls. Also Bathrooms needs remodeling

Nice place and food

The hotel was in a good location, close to shops and restaurants but the room condition wasn't as expected. Room was not very well dusted, the drainage in the sink and shower was poor, the fridge hadn't been cleaned /disinfected properly. We had to request hand towels as they were missing. The hotel could do with improvements and upgrades.

From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff provided exceptional service. They were courteous, efficient, and always available to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more special.

This hotel is average. Maintenance and cleanliness is below average. The front desk staff who checked us in was not very helpful. The breakfast was Luke warm and with limited choices.

No central air .

Disappointed, terrible decision to select this hotel. The room had water leak continuously around toilet bowl so it was difficult to use toilet. No hot water in bathroom either in sink or shower. Room was not cleaned. Dust was around main door and every corner. Sink faucet was broken. Not enough bath towels and none hand towels. Next day we end up changing room which was little better. Based on our experience we made a decision not to stay at Best Western any where in the world. It’s shameful that American branded hotel has this kind of condition.

The location is fabulous. Right in the centre of town close to all the shops etc.

No window for light coming in.
