Enjoyed our stay

Booked based on great reviews. Very underwhelming, unpleasant smells, would not recommend, no breakfast.

Pleasant staff and bedy clean. Fan was a little loud but nice place to stay

Clean, well-equipped, friendly staff

While the room looked clean, the foul odor in the room was overwhelming. The noise continued until almost midnight when I finally had to call the front desk to ask them to intervene. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the a/c vent blew directly into our faces while in bed, and the dishwasher had not been emptied. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly and the area seemed safe.

Took an hour to get checked in because the room wasn't ready

The hallway and rooms had an artificial smell, that was so strong and bad, it coated your mouth in the hallway. Not sure what smell they were covering up but it was crazy strong. The room had the smell coming out of the air vent, so we shut it off and opened the window, but outside the window was an AC compressor that rattled and clanked all night. The bed was so depleted and worn out that it sunk to the middle, hurt your body to sleep in it. We kept waking up having to move out of the sunken hole. The room was worn out as well, the couch covered in stains and shredded, the wall splattered with liquid and gunk, the carpet stained and dirty. It may have been a nice clean hotel at some point but it's not now. For $150 a night, it was overpriced.

Could be better kept, tile broken in our room, beds were comfy though.

This hotel is an updated look, the rooms are spacious, and accommodations are very favorable. Appreciate the quiet rooms and convenience of location. The only thing we didn't like was the barn door between the closet and bathroom. Was very noisy and heavy to move and you could hear those doors in other rooms.

The hotel was clean and staff were nice. The only complaints is our room was right across from elevator. It was VERY loud, constant people talking or kids crying. The other complaint was nonstop door slamming!

The room was big and clean. There was some mold in the shower but it was in a hard to clean spot so I gave that a pass. The pool was broken and some of the fitness equipment was not working. The woman working the desk at night was annoyed about me asking for mint tea as I interrupted her conversation with a friend. I would stay here again.

The rooms were cold. Turbed up the heat and it would shut off then cold air would blow. Kept you awake. No continental breakfast.

Would stay again. Room was roomy.

This was my first stay at the candle wood inn and I loved it. The rooms were very spacious. Everything was very clean and we loved the hot top and pool.

Nice

Room was filthy. Couch had several stains that covered most of the cushion. Drapes had dark stains. Front and side of the fridge door had something spilled from top to bottom. Silverware drawers had something spilled inside.

Was a good stay overall. Great location and reasonable price. Loved the built in kitchen.
