Everything good, clean , low cost, bettee than i think

It was between Hotel Mirra & San Angel Spa Hotel. I’m so glad I chose Hotel Mirra. The good pictures you see of San Angel Hotel must be fake lol. Hotel Mirra, was clean, check in was smooth, rooms were clean. Pool was nice. No complaints at all. Restaurant staff was attentive and friendly (I’m an English speaker). Very nice, if I visit San Luis Rio Colorado again, Hotel Mirra will always be the choice.

Un hotel de primera, mi estancia fue excelente, comodo, limpio, el jacuzzi templado me encanto, el personal muy atento para cualquier detalle, mi estancia fue de 2 semanas y me senti realmente comoda, lo recomiendo 100 %, volveria sin duda hospedarme, gracias hotel Mirra

The room was clean and the property was also clean. The room can use two or three more hand towels, wash towels. Early am caffeinated coffee and creamer would also be nice to have available for early birds.

Clean room

Had no water on two separate occasions. Staff gave inaccurate updates regarding issues.

Hot room ac not enough beds are hard mattress not confortable. Staff ignored the request to better the situation with the hot room we spent stay at 85 in the room.

I paid for a snacks and it was empty on snacks and drinks

The propertu was extremely clean, very comfortable room/bed, friendly staff, abundant safe parking. The only suggestion would be to please turn on a/c before guest arrives. Our room was very hot when we arrived. The weather was humid and 107 degreea. Took at least 1.5 hrs for room to cool.

Muy bien las instalaciones, mantenimiento de la propiedad . Excelente ubicacion , y atención . Muy bien la comida en el restaurante.
