Check-in took a while and had to wait in line for a bit, but everything else was fantastic! Would return again for sure!

酒店在熱海站有接送車，交通方便。酒店的住宿、膳食及溫泉設施非常好，職員服務態度親切，給我一個放鬆、寫意的渡假經驗。

Check out time is way too early - 10 AM!!! What can we do on the next day ??? Rushing to check out while it is supposed to be a relaxing trip. Onsen and massage was good.

お土産店は豊富だが、コンビニ的な買い物は館内ではできない。 コンビニ的朝食で済ませたい方は買ってからチェックインをお勧め。 コンビニは歩いて10分ほど掛かるそう。

海の幸を期待して行きました。 でも、刺身は、マグロ・イカ・鯵のたたきしかありませんでした。 マグロは、筋ばっていましたので ちょっと残念でした。

今回はお誕生日のサプライズでケーキを注文していたら、フロントに連絡したら直ぐにお部屋に届けてくれました。とても良い思い出になりました。

Very clean room; friendly staff - English is a challenge

駅からの送迎バス、チェックイン前からの日帰り温泉とその眺めは想像以上。バルコニーからは思いがけず朝日も見られました。クラフトビールも飲み放題で楽しめ、ご飯はどれも美味しかったです。スタッフのみなさまもとても親切でしたぁ。また是非滞在したいです。

Language can be a bit of a problem but the hotel and spa are really great. The spa is clean, the sauna rooms in the spa area are great. The hotel has upper floors that include time in the private hot tub if you are not ready for the public hot tubs yet. Views of the harbor are really nice.

The rooms at Excellency Floors are spacious with magnificent ocean views and kaiseki dinner & buffet breakfast which included are beyond my expectations. All the onsens i tried during my stay especially the ones in the private rooms are like a retreat experience that can cleanse the mind, body and soul. Highly recommended for couples & family trips.

スパではゆっくりできたが小さい子供がいると入れる所が限られてしまう。施設はキレイにされていてとても良かったです！

Overall they represent the highest level of excellence. The only thing for me was loud air conditioning vent which i couldn’t stop as the property custodians didn’t care to translate the instruction to English. Too bad, I could have sleep entire night instead of half.

全海景房，職員主動有禮，浴場有主館及別館各有特色。

The room was big and ok! The staff very friendly and helpful! The buffets was a little bit simple. Many drinks with beer, wine, gin, whisky and more available. Unfortunately the wines was very bad. The rest of the drinks very good. The view to the beach beautiful, with an amazing sunrise! Onsen and sauna clean and very comfortable.

annex관의 경우 체크아웃이 오전 10시인 것은 아쉽습니다. 다만 fuua는 너무나 아름다웠어요. 석식 부페도 꽤 마음에 들었습니다.

いろんな風呂があり、よかった。

客室の清潔さ、スタッフの対応、ビュッフェでのアルコール飲み放題、チェックアウト後にも使えるfuua無料券など大満足でした。ただ、スマホでのクレジットカード決済が出来れば完璧なのになぁと思いました。
