Compact clean rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Amazing food at in-house restaurant. IRD experience was very good and food preparation and presentation were very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property. A thumbs up if travelling with family or solo. Located near railway station makes it perfectly located. 4.5/5

Hotel service was good. Cleanliness was great. The food was lacking and it made my wife very sick. The location is unfortunate but it is in the middle of Surat which can't be helped. The Hotel staff outside that help you with the doors keep saluting you as if you're some official which is kind of uncomfortable.
