Convenient location. One of the staff members needs training to be warm and courteous. We asked for a map, and he said “We don’t have.” The hotel, in fact, does have.

Parken kann man in der Tiefgarage ohne Vergünstigung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hatte eine ungewöhnliche Aufteilung. Super kleine Toilette. Das Frühstück sorgte dafür, dass ich satt wurde. Aufgebackene schon wieder weich gewordene Brötchen. Der Frühstücksraum ohne jede Deko. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, das dann einiges wieder wett macht.

Great locations. Very clean and tidy

We are staying in this hotel once a year for 29 years . The staff is always very friendly and helpful andthe rooms are spotless! We are always looking forward to be there 😀

Lovely old historic building renovated and appointed well. Great balcony views over the city and marketplace.

Location, location, location. Cant get better. Little worn, but personal.

Hotel across the plaza from underground parking. Staff helpful and friendly. A short walk to bars and restaurants. Our room’s toilet closet was very, very small - might be an issue for some. I’m very petite and found it very tight.

The hotel was excellent. The location is probably the best part, as it was really central to everything and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cafes. It was walking distance to public transit and the central station. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a great experience and we would definitely book here again.

Das Hotel (zumindest unser Zimmer) wirkt ziemlich abgewohnt und sollte mal renoviert werden. Das Bad war nicht sauber (Spuren in der Toilette, Schimmel in der Dusche). Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, könnte aber gemütlicher eingerichtet werden, zB besseres Bett, Sessel, o.ä. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel würde ich auch besseres Internet und eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer erwarten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, wenn man keinen Parkplatz benötigt.
