호텔이름도 다르고 예약내용과 다르고, 지저분하고 룸안은 곰팡이가 많이 있고, 냄새가 완전 악취로 잠시도 있을 수 없어 호텔 com은 확인도 안하고 예약하게 하는지 궁금합니다. 엉터리 호텔은 이용할 수 없게 할 수는 없는지요.

Hôtel au calme personnel très gentil serviable et superbe piscine.

Very average. Tiny rooms, about 24sqm. Ants everywhere, conditioner worked in 1 mode only regardless remote control. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you will need to rent scooter or pay $6 return for tuk-tuk to get to Kep bus station area. Staff is good and friendly, but there is not much they could do.

It seemed that I was first guest from Hotels.com. Therefore, there were many confusion for the booking & room. There is only limited space for parking. It is also bit far from Seashore and town. In order to survive in this hotel, Khmer conversiation skill is very necessary.
