En general todo estuvo bien. El estacionamiento se ubica a lado del hotel dentro del centro comercial.

Clean room, like the fact that it was in a shopping mall. The store right next door had everything we couldn't bring on thw flight.

Room & staff were amazing. Only there for one night, but their WiFi was not the best it was lagging and phone service wasn’t the best either. It’s connected to a mall which is very convenient during those rainy days you can go to the mall or movie theater.

As we arrived, we didn’t have the room and it was already 3 PM time to check in. We waited until 6 PM at 6 PM. They said they had rooms but they were separate. I was traveling with children, so I was not happy about that since I’m wanting my children to be next to my room after that for some reason she wanted me to come back and pick up the keys after waiting three hours, I also didn’t like that besides that no problem

Creo que deberían tener más cuidado en el personal que contratan, llegando a la habitación no había toalla de mano y sólo había 1 toalla de baño, tuve que marcar 2 veces a recepción para que me las proporcionaran y me decían que las enviaban y nunca las llevaron, ambas personas por la prisa de tener que salir, tuvimos que secarnos con la misma, las camaristas abren la habitación sin tocar y se enojan de que el huésped siga ahí cuando pasan para realizar el aseo, me hospedé 2 noches y al regresar hicieron el aseo sin cambiar la ropa de cama y la habitación no tenía buen olor y seguía sin tener toalla de manos, bajé a recepción y fue como ahí tuvieron que pedirla para dármela, eso es demasiado molesto y pienso que al ser huésped y por el valor de la habitación no deberían cobrar el estacionamiento, realmente por trabajo me he hospedado en otros City express y no había tenido esta experiencia, al menos no recomendaría este hotel en particular y tampoco volvería a hospedarme, mandaría fotos de la falta de toallas, pero no las tomé.
