Located close to the beautiful Southern coastline, this superb small hotel is a perfect central location for a trip. Many scenic paths are at a walkable distance (5 km to 10 km of moderate difficulty will allow you to see many beautiful sights.) Roy and Jayne are the consummate hosts. They help coordinate your arrival in advance, since the location is a bit remote. They cook an excellent breakfast, and take a keen interest in your plans for your stay. They offer sound advice (invaluable if you haven’t researched carefully), and Roy provides a packet of information with hints, hiking or driving itineraries, and a weather report, all presented each morning based on your previous day’s discussions and experiences. They really do provide you with more than adequate assistance to ensure that your visit is rewarding. I would definitely stay with them again, and recommend them wholeheartedly to other travelers.

An excellent base from which to explore The Lizard, the host provided detailed and extensive information on how far beaches/places of interest were,both on foot or by car, as well as tide times and weather which is important since several of the beaches on the peninsula are highly tide dependent. Made it much easier to plan our day. While Kynance Cove gets a lot of attention there are many other less well known beaches that are equally stunning. Cooked breakfast was hearty and delicious. Chyheira is not in the village so it's quiet with just the sound of bird song. And it has a car park, which was nice. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hosts with great local knowledge for guests. Our room was very clean snd comfortable and the breakfast made to order was superb. I can fully recommend to visitors from near and far, when we visit the Lizard again we will definitely stay with Roy & Jayne.

Roy and Jayne are fantastic hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate our particular dietary requirements. Breakfast was wonderful. Chyheira is quiet, yet well located to access the local places of interest. They provided useful information and suggestions on where we should visit each day. Highly recommend staying here.

A lovely B&B in a good location short walk from Cadgwith Cove. Also near Lizard Point and Kynance Cove. Roy and Jayne were great hosts. Roy provided advice and print outs of maps and information on nearby places to visit. Each morning gave print out of weather and tide times. Lovely cooked breakfast and you have a choice what to eat. Nice fruit and natural yoghurt. Nice big room with comfy double bed. Separate toilet and shower over bath. Nice views of countryside. Quiet and peaceful location.

Roy and Jayne make great hosts. Easy to get on with. Few rules and very helpful. Room well equipped and very clean. Breakfasts delicious and generous. Location is easy walk to Lizard, Kynance and down a hill to Cadgwith. Really enjoyed it and if I stay at Lizard Peninsula I will choose here.

My stay was wonderful - Rob and Jayne went out of their way to help out. Breakfast was great - I really appreciated the fruit available (when you're hiking the SWCP, it can be difficult to get your 5 a day!). They were brilliant for providing local information too.

This is a 10 out of 10 B&B. Roy couldn't do enough to be helpful. Breakfast was excellent, as were the facilities. We loved it!

Our stay here was terrific: comfortable and homey accommodation, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, and incredibly helpful hosts. (My husband wanted to visit the area because his family came from there long ago and Ray on his own time tracked down a 2012 article in an area newsletter from someone with his same last name and printed it out for us!trip) Ray was terrific about providing local information and making bookings for us. The location is a little out of the way but that also makes it very quiet and peaceful and it was not too far from places to eat and view. I really can't recommend Chyheira highly enough.

The hosts could not have been any nicer. They kindly prebooked a dinner at a local hotel for me. Breakfast was excellent and the bedroom had plenty of room for me and Loki (my hound). Looking forward to going again, but on a pleasure trip. The area is beautiful. The hosts are so very informative. Thank you.

De eigenaars van de B&B hebben ons fantastisch ontvangen en verwend in hun typische woning. Ontbijt was superverzorgd, parking aan het gebouw zelf (gratis). Wel nogal afgelegen.

Very nice filriendly staff The beb is in the middle of nowhere but near to lizard and it is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall. Really go there
