Hele oplevelsen var meget god, god service ved check in og check ud, god service i restauranten, vi er meget tilfredse med opholdet både min søster og jeg.

Very nice hotel halfway between Gdansk and Gdynia. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Sopot was a very nice, clean and quiet Hotel. Perfect for us😀

Veldig pent hotell og rom med hyggelig service og god frokost. Fint spa med svømmebasseng og saunaer. Veldig fin beliggenhet til stranden med kun 5 min gange. Det var også en hyggelig beach bar tilhørende hotellet og gratis solsenger. God beliggenhet til det meste.

A modern hotel in a perfect location. Quiet rooms at the back of the hotel overseeing the trees, a fantastic breakfast with high quality fresh local produce. One issue - staff just don't seem to care. There was a fire alarm at 4am and after the announcement in Polish and English to evacuate there were no further details. Guests panicked, got dressed and rushed outside just to be told by the reception staff that the alarm is now cancelled. There was no follow-up announcement, no email to all guests confirming it's all fine or explaining what happened. When I asked the receptionist in the morning why we were not told straight away that the alarm is cancelled or given any details, she was oblivious and kept saying that it happens and it's what it is. We ended up having a terrible day as our child didn't go back to bed after waking up at 4am. Another case of the mediocre staff attention is when it was raining really hard and I asked to borrow an umbrella just for a minute to move my child without getting soaked from the hotel to the taxi and the reception person and again the attitude was that the hotel does not provide umbrellas. Small things matter and make a big difference so I hope this feedback will be considered by the hotel to make some improvements.

Wonderful spa hotel, very enjoyable stay and perfect way to end our trip in Poland

We loved the proximity to Sopot but the quietness of a location outside of the downtown area.

Personalen är inte så intresserad av att prata engelska, så svårt att få hjälp. Vi fick vänta på vårat rum vid incheckning. Men hotellet överlag var trevligt.

Pyszne jedzenie, czyste przestronne pokoje. Super strefa wellness. Blisko do plaży.

Vi bodde på Hotel Sopot under högsäsong och är överlag nöjda med vistelsen. Hotellet har ett väldigt fint läge, nära både strand och centrum, och rummet höll bra standard – fräscht och bekvämt. Priset var rimligt (under 2000 kr/natt) med tanke på säsong och kvalitet. Dock började vistelsen lite snopet. Vi anlände vid 11-tiden och möttes i receptionen av ett ganska oengagerat bemötande. Svaret vi fick var kort: ”Ni kommer alldeles för tidigt – ert rum är inte klart förrän 15.00”, utan vidare information eller någon känsla av välkomnande. Det kändes inte särskilt gästvänligt och satte tyvärr en lite kall ton. Frukosten var trevlig och riklig, men baren och restaurangen saknade lite puls och atmosfär. SPA och pool var helt okej, men inget som stack ut. Sammanfattningsvis: Ett hotell med bra läge och fina rum till ett rimligt pris, men servicen – särskilt i receptionen – behöver lyftas för att helhetsupplevelsen ska bli så bra som den har potential att vara.

Hadde et fantastisk opphold, bortsett fra at det var 3 edderkopper på rommet. De ble ikke fjernet etter renhold

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal, eine Mitarbeiterin war auch richtig lieb und hilfsbereit, ich glaube das war die Frühstücks Managerin. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren eher unfreundlich, voreingenommen und kühl uns ggü. Zu den polnischen Gästen waren die Damen sehr freundlich, aber als deutscher hatte man das Gefühl dort nicht so willkommen zu sein. Vom Service hatte ich definitiv mehr erwartet! Das Frühstück war gut.

Slarvig städning samt glömt bort att städa vårt rum en dag. Slitet på rummet, kyl fungerad inte, gardinerna var det revor i, Säkerhetsskåpet var inte fixat vid ankomst, tog tid att få hjälp. Frukosten håller inte standarden för antal stjärnor på hotellet. Dyr frukost om du behöver köpa till r/t kommer tidigt på morgonen innan du fått checkat in. Tvål saknades på de allmänna toaletterna. Ligger nära stranden. Tyvärr stökigt m solsängarna där, inga madrasser att ligga på som andra hotell hade. För få solsängar

Snyggt hotell men i övrigt inget speciellt.

The carpeted floor on the corridor smells so bad. The housekeeping didn’t change our bedsheets for our whole 7nights stay (maybe that was there standard?) Didn’t refill the shampoo or bodywash (no sign at all if what kind of soap that was inside the shower). No handsoap!!! Mopped/cleaned the floor just once!!! And sometimes they dont bother to fold the bedsheets, they just covered the bed with it. And once they didn’t clean our room. For a 4star hotel thats been advertised, i think it didn’t fit at all. Plus side,, is they are smiling and friendly but its not so easy to communicate because of the language.

Gästvänliga, tjejen i personalen otroligt hjälpsam och fixade åt oss då vi hade en person med i rullstol, hon skall ha all cred five ⭐️

Clean and a great breakfast. Staff could be more serviceminded, they seemed a bit bored with their costumers. Probably from person to person, the woman who checked us out was very serviceminded and helpful. Otherwise, a good hotel!
