Très bien

I stayed at Residhome Bordeaux during some of the power cut issues across France, and despite that all of the staff were really lovely and made me feel very welcome! The staff handled the check-in process well despite all of the issues and for the breakfast they went above and beyond to purchase fresh items. I didn’t get a chance to explore any of the other amenities, but the room was great, and I would recommend Residhome to anyone looking to stay in Bordeaux!

Nous sommes venus un we à trois. Nous avons demandé une chambre côté cour (alors que nous l’avions côté rue) au dernier moment et l’avons obtenue. La chambre est bien ventilée, lumineuse et calme. La kitchenette est bien achalandée. Mention « mille mercis » pour la convivialité, l’adaptabilité et l’inclusion. En effet, je n’ai pas eu besoin de demander du pain sans gluten, il y était !! Le petit dej est délicieux et équilibré. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil !

Tout était bien .le studio etait agréable, cuisine etait bien équipé.le personnel etait efficace.

Très bien situé, personnel adorable et le studio que nous avions etait fonctionnel, propre et spacieux. seul bemol, il y a un bar en rooftop et la musique se fait entendre.

Bien comme l an passé Axe de progression : - l accueil le soir il faudrait que la personne reste à son poste car sinon on peut pas rentrer et fasse un petit sourire - une des 4 chambre on a du changer problème avec les wc Petit déjeuner moyen -

Bodde här vid en resa med mina vänner. Valde boendet då det fanns plats till 3 i en lägenhet och då ett prisvärt alternativ. Vi var mycket nöjda, med standarden på lägenheten och god frukost. Låg bra till för promenad till centrum, till vinmuseet Cité du vin, matmarknaden Halles de Bacalan och promenad till andra sidan floden. Plus spårvagn precis utanför, som kan ta en till flygplats med ett byte. Och det fanns en bar på taket i samma hus. Bordeaux som stad rekommenderas verkligen. Vill dit igen!

In countless hotels I have stayed at over the past 20 years, of all price ranges, this one grabs the distinction of making it among the worst stays I have been. I even forgot it was possible to be that unprofessional. First, this is NOT a real hotel, it is a fake appartment complex, with 0 charm. You get none of the traditional hotels benefits: Your room won't be cleaned (only once a week, clean your own mess, wash your own things, expect none of the things you will use to be replenished, like just the shower soap or coffee pod), you will not have the possibility to have your own temperature, it is alledgedly at the will of the building landlord, so even if the temperature is about 80-85 degrees in your room, NO A/C, no air conditioning for the whole week. Try to sleep on a bumpy uneven mattress from one side to the other. Leave the window open to try to cool down the room at night, get eaten alive by mosquitos. Wake up in the morning at 7.30am to NO WATER! NO SHOWER possible... Before a full day with clients... Try to go to the front desk for a solution by suggesting using a room which checked out early (some floors still had some water), hear the manager Romuald (if that's his real name) almost insult you for daring to ask, and not being comprehensive enough... without any apologies. The only positives: the location, and the convenient underground paying parking. But, you can find plenty of better places around... Consider yourself warned.

Lo unico negativo a destacar es el sofa cama, colchon muy fino y se unde la cama hacia el medio. Cuando un hotel ofrece un sofa cama, este deberia ser mas comodo

Studio propre, lit confortable

Nous avons très bien reçus et avons parrecie l atmosphere ambiante très accueillante et cocooning. La chambre était très agréable, avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires. En revanche nous avons été très genes par le bruit de la circulation car nous étions sur la rue et qui plus est en angle d'immeuble donc au niveau du carrefour ou les véhicules s arrêtent et redemarrent en faisant beaucoup de bruit. Choisir absolument des appartements sur cour. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner mais avons beaucoup apprécié la machine Nespresso et la bouilloire mises à disposition. Ces appart hôtel sont d un très bon niveau.

Le studio en lui-même est très agréable et très propre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la literie qui est excellente. Cependant, l'expérience a été gâchée par l'environnement sonore. Le bruit de la rue est incessant et s'entend très distinctement depuis l'intérieur, ce qui empêche de passer une nuit reposante malgré le confort du lit. C'est vraiment dommage, car sans ce défaut d'isolation phonique, le séjour aurait été parfait.
