部屋がきれいでその他設備も充実しており、プラネタリウムや体育館、大浴場も利用し快適かつ充実した時間を過ごさせていただきました。

The staff was very helpful especially for checking on whether places were open and on obtaining a taxi. The rooms lack places to put your clothes and lack suitcases stands so one must plan to use the limited supply of hangars and live out of a suitcase. The showers are handheld so one might instead plan to use the open facilities and hot baths. The food was excellent and help is available everywhere.

很多活動，適合一家大少

房間很大，湖景很美，酒店的hot spring也乾淨舒服，唯一不足是房內燈光在晚上有點不足，還有過了晚上8、9點後，酒店附近沒什麼餐廳可吃。

個人湯屋100分 非常舒服

客室は綺麗で、スタッフの対応も丁寧であった

部屋は綺麗でホテルの雰囲気もすごく良かった！朝食ビュッフェもとても美味しかった！琵琶湖バレイからも近くてスキーを全力で楽しめた！ お風呂もサウナも綺麗でリラックスできたし、しっかり整った！

年中プールに入れることや、プラネタリウム、体育館があるので、季節問わず家族で楽しめます。 朝食はビュッフェですが、オムレツは好きなトッピングで個別注文出来るので毎回楽しみにしています。

ホテルの部屋が広く清潔で、ストレスなく滞在できました。

My stay could have been great if I had not been charged for my fully prepaid stay. Be sure to check your bill and check out at the FRONT DESK before leaving the property. I checked out with the concierge and thought I was all set until I received a Bill for late check out.

結構お高かったのですが、朝食が本当にショボかったです…メニューも少ないし、美味しくなかった…披露宴会場みたいなところで食べるのも残念でした。

酒店日式房間整潔但有些舊。最差的是温泉，很舊，地面及池边舊到变色，似2至3星酒店的温泉。若要使用温泉極不建議入住。
