Très bel établissement, chambre confortable mais hélas la responsable ne tient absolument pas compte de vos demandes à savoir climatisation qui s'arrête au bout d'une heure (pas pratique la nuit !) et douche percée ATTENTION cette personne se permet de compter hors facture et en espèces des suppléments en vous faisant en plus à nouveau payer les taxes d'hébergement

Hotel nel complesso molto buono , ovviamente con la situazione dovuta al covid mi rendo conto che riorganizzarsi e fare tutto in regola non è semplice però posso dire che tutto sommato è andata molto bene

Es ist ein schönes und kleines Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber etwas außerhalb von Pozzallo - man braucht schon ein Auto. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, so dass man für den Tag gewappnet ist. Abends kann man Kleinigkeiten (z.B. Pasta) bekommen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen - wenn man von den üblichen kleineren Baumängeln absieht.

Nur wenige Minuten auserhalb der Stadt. Sehr ruhig mit herrlichem Garten und grossem Pool. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Bel hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres. Le personnel sympatique. Le restaurant propose de bons menus pour des prix corrects.

hotel was quiet and relaxing. no courtesy bus to pozzallo until high season and because of location outside pozzallo (difficult walk) and lack of bus info (stop outside hotel) taxi fares soon mounted up (10 euro a trip for 2 people)

We were given a warm welcome by the receptionist who could only speak a little English. The room was very comfortable, good food in very pleasant surroundings.

In generale l hotel é bello, confortevole per la piscina. Pulito e la vista dalla ns camera era proprio bella. Colazione favolosa e personale gentile e disponibile. Peccato per la navetta da/per la spiaggia, poiché c'è solo al mattino in orari definiti: la reception è comunque disponibile per aiutare/spiegare

The structure is new, clean and ideally located. Unfortunately the staff lacks a we-can-do attitude. Getting food and drinks outside restaurant hours was impossible. Getting late to breakfast means you get no eggs.

Good location for ferry boarding to Malta. Quiet and reasonably priced hotel ...

Good hotel. Only irritating issue was need to sign in to wifi every time you used it. Otherwise, very good.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The interior done with taste and sense of efficiency. It feels like staying in a large villa of a friend. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is generous and delicious. Our room was spacey and clean and had a porch with well maintained garden. Our three year old loved it. There is a pool in the garden where you can totally relax. Plenty of parking space in front of the property. The entire place is meant for relaxing and enjoying tru Sicily. We would love to stay here again.

Hotel is very nice but lacks atmosphere but I suppose this is to be expected as it quite a way from the main town of pollazzo. Pool was peaceful and we found it nice to have it almost to ourselves. Everything is spotlessly clean in the communal areas and the bedrooms. It was nice to have a kettle in the room but the only socket we could use for this was in the bathroom, which was little strange. Beds were a bit hard for us but that is only our personal preference. Good parking and good WiFi. Breakfast was good if you like cakes, but that is a Sicilian thing which we don't have in the UK. Enough other things to eat though. Staff were very helpful and always polite. A good place to stay if you don't mind driving into town for the restaurants in the evening. Close to all main road connections so a good stop if, like us, you are touring.
