Easy access. Communication was great. Property is a standard Montreal one bedroom apartment. With all that implies

The place looked nothing like the pictures. The requests to the property were answered with : " we will see what we can do" and nothing was done.

Worse place I've ever scene. Avoid at all cost.

Salé, canapé lit cassé, obligé de dormir par terre.. à éviter.

Très beau petit logement, j’aurais aimé savoir qu’il faut apporter papier toilette, kleenex mais le petit dépanneur à proximité est parfait!

Bonsoir Il est minuit 30, nous venons de quitter la chambre louée. Nous sommes arrivées à la chambre vers les minuits. Malgré une réservation pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, il n'y avait aucune couverture pour le lit d'appoint ni d'oreiller supplémentaire. Seulement 2 serviettes En regardant le lit, le drap qui était sur le lit était rempli de bibittes comme des puces (voir photo). Vous comprendrez notre décision de quitter immédiatement la chambre. Je considère que vous n'avez pas offert ce qui était prévu lors de la réservation

I never stayed at this place since the access code was wrong and the owner never communicated with me since I raised the concern.

It's a small place that works for a very short stay. We booked for 10 days and had to ask for basic amenities like a cutting board, a broom, a bath plug and tea towel. We ended up buying those ourselves and got reimbursed. Communication was excellent until we had consistent internet problems then we were told to wait for help that never came and it was never resolved, it felt they were running the clock on that.

Very dirty, needs a big renovation, if not, atletas a big cleaning. Very stinky and lots of insects

The host didn't reply on the check in day.

The photo's online definitely do NOT resemble this place one bit! Photo's are very misleading. I originally booked a 2 night stay and ended up booking into an actual Hotel for the 2nd night. I got to this place on a Wednesday at about 3pm and was gone by 11am the next morning.

property full of dust, dirty, spider web everywhere. Pull up Sofa was piece of art!! It seems they did not clean or vacuum for quite time. Almost nothing left from pull up sofa mattress. Parking was on street with time and day variables. You must be cautious for day and time not to get ticket.

Our experience at the hotel was terrible, there was a big difference between the online photo and the actual room. It hasn’t been cleaned and there were a lot of dead and alive bugs everywhere. Even when we opened the sofa bed, we found out that it is broken and a pair of dirty socks or underwear were in there. We contacted the owner of the hotel a couple of times and explained the situation, however, we never heard back from him. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If you are searching for a place to stay in Montreal, don't look over here. This absolute wreck of a "hotel" ruined my entire family trip. At first glance, the outside door was covered by spiders which made it difficult for my little kids to go through. Hoping that the inside would be like the pictures was also a big mistake. Spiders were all over the house, and the place clearly hadn't been cleaned since that last couple of guests. The pullout couch was broken, and after finally opening it, we found shards of glass and underwear. The toilet had multiple stains on it, and not only did the air conditioning barely work, but it also had spilt a bunch of water over my phone overnight. I also had to go through two large paper towels in order to wipe down the table as it was that dirty. The worse part was when after messaging Daniel (the owner) about all of this he completely ghosted us till the final day only to remind us to checkout. Daniel took no responsibility and clearly doesn't care about his guests or the welfare of his rooms

Destination Scams is a more suitable name for this property. Was sent the wrong access code for the unit and when I contacted (via text) the representative (Daniel) I was left standing outside the unit for over two hours with no reply. Called the number repeatedly with no answer and voicemail full and unable to leave a message. Finally a reply to text after more than two hours of unresponsiveness and someone showed up to solve the access code issue. Two separate transactions were charged to my Visa for which I received a receipt however on the day of check-in, instead of processing an incidental deposit hold for $145 (as stated in the reservation) an additional charge for the full amount of the reservation was put through without my consent and no receipt provided. Yes. Charged double. Upon completion of my stay, I emailed and texted the representative and no surprise, no reply or response to reverse this double charge. Unscrupulous business practices. Completely unprofessional.

L'endroit est totalement à éviter. C'est extrêmement sale. Le divan est complètement sale. Le fauteuil , une des pattes va bientôt briser. Les planchers sont sales partout. La salle de bain avait des poils inconnus. Dans le micro-ondes il y'avait un bol rempli de nourriture moisi ! Dans la chambre un des bureaux les tiroirs sont brisés. La seule bonne chose : le matelas était confortable. Pour ouvrir la porte ça m'a pris 15 minutes avant de comprendre comment. J'ai tenté de rejoindre Daniel sur son cell, aucune réponse. Bref A ÉVITER COMPLÈTEMENT !
