Clean and tidy room

Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food and drink, well kept hotel

客室は清潔でした．ホテル内にbreweryもあり，ビールも美味しかった．

No food was included at all just paid for staying at hotel no complimentary food

Hotel was clean and staff was excellent

Overall good prime location property Aster restaurant dinner buffet was not up to the mark… though had lots of varieties but we only tried vegetarian options and didn’t enjoy most of the items

The hotel is beautiful, the staff were very plesant and helpful, especially Dennis who went out of his way to see we were well looked after.

Express inn has a great standard.

The interior is really good, And I think my stay was worth it. Breakfast was also amazing.

The hotel needs some renovations, but its a good and nice hotel. We had nice rooms with Mountain view. The breakfast is okay. The service is good.

no not at all. swimming pool & other facilities are closed which were not highlighted during booking. amenities you need to ask they are not providing by default. poor service. they were charging more then what it was during booking in name of taxes, when I highlighted they agreed. Definitely it was intentional.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff was very responsive to my requests [An example - the electric kettle was not working. After I called the Front Desk very early morning, the staff came within minutes. And the kettle was connected in another socket where it worked. Later at around 8.15 AM an Electrician came who connected the kettle at its original socket where it worked]. The Staff at the Dinning area were also very responsive - I was particularly impressed by Mr Prasad, Supervisor.
