The hotel staff like always very profesional and exesable. The first room they put us in was not clean had to asked the front desk for a different room wish they help us right away. My question is why does this have to happen? I know it is not up to the staff it's a management issue.

floor in the bathroom was very dirty, no shampoo. Body wash , lotion . toilet paper, only two towels for a room reserved for 3, pool was very durty. phone in the rooms are not working

La facturacion del restaurante es deficiente. Desayunenel dia 29 de abril y aun no me dan la factura.

Esta en una muy buena zona de la ciudad!!!
