Very friendly, easily available to contact if we had any queries and very helpful. All very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable; as described. Kitchen area is ok; clean and with a few extras to make tea and coffee. If you are after clean and simple in this area then this is good spot.

Great hotel whilst waiting to board a ferry. Downside was arranging a taxi at midnight but the walk was short

Hotel, even without breakfast service, is lovely. Kitchen available to use. While walking I explored slightly further afield and discovered a little cafe on the beach and the stunning old Heysham Village. I heartily recommend staying at this hotel. Owner very helpful.

Booking was for room only which was fine. Self check in worked well and I was allowed to arrive early which gave me time to explore the area. I walked from the ferry terminal which was only 15 minutes away. There is sufficient car parking at the hotel. Very quiet and pleasant room. Very comfy bed and everything very clean. Local pub good for food in evening. Interesting watching many massive lorries sounding their horns when going past the outside diners!

Host was very accommodating of our request. Check in process was easy. Great location to ferry terminal and beach. Would highly recommend.

Check in very efficient. Room clean and comfortable. 15 minute walk to ferry terminal. Good pub 5 minutes away. Can’t fault the Port House.

The proprietor was very welcoming, the room was clean and tidy. There was also tea,coffee, biscuits and water available in the room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. They do not do breakfast but the proprietor recommended places where we could obtain an evening meal with a pint of real ale and also some breakfast the following morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely comfortable room in a quiet area. Spoke to the owner on the telephone before I arrived and he was very helpful.

Close to Isle of Mann ferry

The room was cold lack of heat time switched on and off

Sparkling clean, hot showers, comfortable bed, power points where you needed them, easy access. A trouble free, comfortable night for two travellers. Would have sworn we were the only ones there it was so quiet! Thanks!

A very comfortable and clean guest house close to Heysham Ferry Port with long stay parking available. No kitchen but breakfast available a few minutes walk away at the nearby beach cafe and lunches and evening meals available at the cafes and inns in Heysham Conservation area within a 15 minute walk.

Very convenient for the Ferry Terminal; very clean and comfortable; Not a very salubrious area and a bit of a pain having to go out for meals (including breakfast!)

Jack and Monika were the perfect hosts, everything about our stay was perfect in every way, nothing was a problem, very high standards are upheld by the hosts in every way, we will not hesitate to book again in the future.

Excellent accommodation everything pristine

We had the executive room which was very spacious. The room was clean with comfy bed. The accommodation is next to the docks and isn’t the nicest area however Heysham is a short walk. It is a lovely village with a couple of excellent cafes and nice hotel for eating and drinks.
